I was very impressed with rhe user friendly setup, I had to start from stratch and load quick books excel and word. U did offer an easy load for word office but for some reason on their end it would not let me purchase it so I ordered it from Staples. I also had to restore quick book info and it did well. I appreciated the instruction videos too. Thank u Carol Visconti

My HP monitor is great I love the color. There is no comparison on a monitor such as HP W2082 20 inch on the same competitive level.

Our old monitor developed striping in the display after many years of service. This new one is a good, low-cost replacement. The only weakness is that the colors wash out if not viewed from directly in front (the old one did not have this problem). But the price is right!

Unless you are sitting directly across from the screen, the picture fades out. Since the monitor has a very short stand, I will have to buy a monitor stand.

I would have given this an excellent rating except that the sound is not what I would like it to be. I have to have my computer sound up to 100% to have a chance at understanding dialogue. The size is perfect for my limited space. However, the warranty info received was not in English!

. This display is basic...I wouldn't recommend for gaming or photo editing. However, I bought a pair for a work from home job. Perfect sizing, so no worries there, just not as clear as I would like. I might return/exchange.. But overall is a good display for a good price.

This is my second monitor (same model) and BOTH arrived sooner than expected! Loved that. The first is working well as is this one. Easy to set up. Looks good. Does the job. I recommend!

The monitor is working and doing what I expected. My frustration has to do with the cables. When I was going through the purchase my understanding is that the monitors would come with DVI-D cables, instead they came with VGA cables. This was very frustrating since I made the purchase by phone and spoke through the entire purchase and was told it was coming with DVI-D cables. Then when I called HP they passed me around and did not give me a resolution of any kind. They told me to look for an email in a few days. NEVER CAME.
