didn't last me a year before completely breaking! the repair will cost me more than what poorly cheaply made laptop is worth!

Tends to run a bit slower and warmer than I would like, but well worth it for all of its great features. I am very happy with it.

when It first arrived i've noticed that there was a slight bump near the bezel of the screen I didn't pay attention to it first but when turned it to tablet i had to rotate it thereby touching that part then IT just cracked and i've tried to use the warranty and the bump was still visible and they would not repair it and its okay but you should inspect the quality of your machine because people are using it as a convertible laptop and at least check the screen part and all and plus the processor is very very slow I recommend do not buy this cheap piece of a machine get another brand instead.

Just a month old, but so far so good. Got this to replace daughter's HP Mini 210 which had outlived its useful life. She loved it, but 2GB memory on an Atom processor wasn't enough for college's WiFi and her demands. It also didn't have a HDMI port, which was an inconvenience for her presentations. So, we picked this one with customizations. She went with Minty Green (no other way to describe it) and we upgraded to 8 GB of memory. From custom order (on a Saturday) to delivery, it only took 7 business days! First impressions: Lighter than expected. More rectangular - although specs say it's 11.6, it seems more large screen than that (I haul around a 17" laptop). Video sharpness was better than expected, in all types of light (I had read reviews of earlier versions which weren't as complimentary). B&O PLAY audio quality was, too, especially considering her old laptop had BeatsAudio (which Dr. Dre sold to Apple). Loves Windows 10. In normal Desktop mode, it's a fancied up Windows 7. If you pivot the screen back to Tablet or Tent, you can use the Tile mode, similar to a Smartphone. Touch screen and Touch Pad worked great. It's a full-size chiclet keyboard in Desktop mode, but the onscreen keyboard feature worked well, too. The onscreen keyboard also has the capability to convert handwritten script to .txt or .doc which is great for taking notes. Absolutely no issues running old programs (was pleasantly surprised), importing old files, or linking with "legacy" peripherals. Personal configuration was a breeze. What she likes best (besides minty green): The compact size. Easy to carry to and use in class. Great for reading at table, watching vids, or lounging around. She says that despite its relatively small screen size, she's had no problems multitasking with 2-3 open windows on screen. Downsides? The only one I noticed relates to Windows 10. Overall, I like the new OS very much, but there's no hiding that the world has access to your data and browsing, and your entire soul is being aggregated for someone's monetization . And your first step to configure is to sign up for a MS-related e-mail address. If you're looking for practicality and bang-for-the-buck value, it's hard to beat this computer.
