Can't even get working. After installing the "full" software package and you try to run the HP Scan software, you get an error message that says incompatible drivers, please install the latest driver. Then you click on check for updates, it tells you the software and firmware are up to date. Even installing the separate ISIS driver download doesn't help.

N9120 sucks - bad hardware, difficult to maintain, and always lack in parts5hardware repair info even before it was replaced by this N9120 FN2. N9120 improved in maintenance features but scanning software. Why is the scanning software so much worse than it's predecessor? Anyone looking to scan dozens of pages at a time and be able edit/delete/combination scans should look else where. The software is also slow for no obvious reason.

Not recommended

It was a replacement for N9120, so I was expecting to perform as well as the last one. This one does not have a software package. It scans but there is no manipulation of the scans like on the original 9120
