this computer is by far the best computer i have ever owned! i waited day after day for this computer and i did the 5-7 business day shipping and it was shipped Monday and i got it Wednesday morning!! SO FAST! when i first booted it took about 10 minutes to set up it was very slow at first (i was installing many things at once) but after nothing is running this computer meets all my needs and more! it is quiet the speakers are the best speakers i have ever used they have a lot of bass surprisingly! i use this computer as my T.v along with my Pc over all a great buy! HP has done it again!

I don't know where to even begin to describe how awesome this computer is!!!!! I had read other reviews about how the touchscreen was too sensitive, so I decided to try using the slim stylus from my PDA and that helped me get the feel for tapping in the right place. Love the hover keyboard that appears on the left side of the screen and I use the write scribe to write instead of type - that is too, too cool. Love the slender, flat keyboard and the wireless functionality of it and the mouse. While I do like the sound quality of the speakers, I am a Bose girl and bought a pair of their Companion 2 speakers - now my system totally rocks! I'm taking my time learning all of the functionality of the TouchSmart features but have enjoyed using the Pictures app, going to try the Collage and Movies next. And, I LOVE playing my Spider Solitaire, Hearts and the Microsoft apps Blackboard & Globe - they have all helped me with dexterity in using the touchscreen. Love it, love it, LOVE IT!

This is absolutely the best computer I have ever had. After two years of wanting this computer in the worst way, my husband finally bought me one for Christmas 2009. It is the most awesome machine HP ever made. It can do so many things. The features that it has are many. It comes fully loaded with the HP Touchsmart Software which is awesome. It has "Recipe Box" which allows you to find recipes on the internet and the software just pulls the recipes right from the website into your computer. Plus, the computer reads the recipe to me when I'm baking using Bluetooth Technology. I love the fact that I can put this computer anywhere in my house and it will work without a whole bunch of cords and wires. One plug, that's it, except if I need my printer, then I have to hook my printer up to it. This computer hands all of the programs that I use on a daily basis. Microsoft Word, no problem. Excel, no problem, Powerpoint, no problem. I just love the functionality of this machine. This computer, by far, is the best computer anyone can buy for the money

I like my new touch screen. I use Excel alot. The mouse is too touchy and goes in auto movement while I try to use the wheel and will move a hundred rows or columns from where I was. The keyboard is a little flat for me but is not a problem like the mouse.

After two years of going into our local Sam's Club and drooling over this awesome invention of HP's, my husband finally got tired of hearing me "ooh and ahh" about it that he finally got me one for Christmas this past year (09). All I can say is that I have been blown away ever since! I love this computer! Everything that HP says it can do, it does and more. I have horrible eyesight due to MS and due to the computer's touchscreen capability, I am able to enlarge my screen to where I can see it perfectly from even far away. In order to do that with my old computer, I would have had to purchase a very expensive software program in the range of $1,000.00-$3,500.00! Needless to say that was very unaffordable to me, so for years I suffered in silence with not being able to really see what I was typing. Not anymore. HP did a wonderful thing incorporating the touchscreen technology into this computer as it helped me tremendously. Next, the HP Touchsmart Software is amazing! I especially love the calendar app, the Netflix app, the Hulu app, and, of course, my Recipe Box app. Over Christmas, I tried the Recipe Box app with a favorite recipe of mine and it just blew me away. I took about an hour and taught the computer my voice and after it learned my voice, it did the rest! Netflix movies stream into the computer so clear, you would think you were in the movie itself. Again, amazing! As far as word processing programs go, this computer can handle that too! I have had no problems whatsoever with using the touch feature with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. I am a full time college student studying law and, needless to say, I use all of them everyday and it is just incredible how much HP put into this computer just for everyday functions. I have had no problems with this computer whatsoever and I would recommend purchasing this computer to anybody. Thanks HP, you have a loyal "Touchsmart PC" customer for life. The only problem I'm worried about is what I'm going to do when HP comes out with something even better! I don't know what they could possibly do to make it better but I'm sure they will come up with something.

This computer is awesome. I love the Rhapsody feature for creating music and playlists and the speakers sound like a Bose Sound system. It is soooo cool ! Love the touch screen, feels like I'm using my I phone. Enjoy!
