So far I am very happy with this printer. It's much easier to use than the Canon Pixma that I replaced it with. It does everything required and is always ready, unlike the previous printer. The real proof with satisfaction will be with how long the ink lasts with the same amount of usage as with previous products. Quick delivery and easy online order from HP Canada.

The printer itself is ok the quality of print is set below best so u have to change. The low rating is for the ink plan. I had valid coupon but made the mistake of signing up my credit card BEFORE they were used and i was charged immediately for a month even though first month was free and I have 3 month coupon as well. I have been unable to change to coupon or remove my credit card without losing my the month i have paid. I have been unable to find a phone number to call HP

Returned unopened due to misinformation by HP store sales rep. The return process was difficult especially for the ink that was purchased with the printer. Finally got a return shipping label for ink after 5 phone calls. Hopeful that the refund is processed quickly.

I found the set up and printing very easy. I still am having some trouble with scanning from the computer to printer. I will have to buy a printer cable to make this function work properly. Note: Printer cable doesn't come with the unit.

We had an old HP in the past and after several years of using it, it broke. My husband decided to buy another printer (not an HP) which was really slow to print, did not have a good quality when printing in colour and did not print 2 sided and also it was hard to know when I needed to get ink. Less than a year when we bought the other printer, my son suggested we should really look into buying another HP printer. So glad we did that as the HP Office Jet PRO 8035 printed did everything that the other brand printer could not do. It printed so much faster, great colour, easy set-up and I love that when you register to get inks that they automatically send it. Needless to say, we are happy with the HP printer!

I bought this HP OfficeJet Pro 8030 Series about two weeks ago, and it is working well. I like the fact that it is not too big and not too small. Just the right size for me. I am very satisfied with its architecture.

I replaced a smaller HP printer with this one and love it. Very clear printing and I especially love the scanning tray on top for multipage documents. A time saver that prints every time and with instant ink I spend zero time with my printer on my to-do list. Recommend!

I bought this new printer just because HP Instaink was discontinuing the support of the printer I had. There was nothing wrong with the old printer - it worked perfectly. But - If I wanted to stay in the Instaink program - I had to replace it.

I bought this printer about a month ago. I am not happy with it at all. The construction is flimsy; the paper drawer is difficult to open and jams; when printing from the computer, it won't quit printing at the desired number; when I select "Cancel" it just keeps blinking until I turn it off and on; the colors are dark, not bright.

This unit was up and working minutes out of the box. My previous printer finally gave up. 13yrs. old and with the new unit i hope it will last as long.. I can even use my phone to get things printed. Wonderful. ConS: the touch screen is a little small.

We purchased the 8035 from HP direct. It took some time to get here probably due to the virus. The biggest drawback was getting everything thing to work like it should. We think that HP could put out more complete install instructions, especially the scan feature. Otherwise it performs like an HP should

I purchased this unit thru Walmart, but it was actually shipped from the HP shipping center. It actually arrived 4 days sooner than I had been told, which was great. I purchased the 8035 as a replacement for my Epson 3-in-one printer, that has never connected via Wi-fi. Also, the scanning feature was so slow. I have had to feed my documents a page at a time. Paper feeder would always jam. The HP 8035 unit connected right up to my Wi-fi without any problems. I have 2 Samsung smartphones, a Samsung tablet and 2 Windows 10 laptops that are all connected and can print wirelessly from each device. It took me about one (1) hour to install ink, set up Wi-fi connections and become familiar with the unit its self. I was able to find the PDF version of the user's manual. It is 205 pages in length and is detailed enough that I was able to understand unit's operation and find answers to my questions without much problem. For those wanting to know how many seconds it takes to scan a document, i'm finding that each page was scanned in about 15 seconds. That was while using the document feeder or just placing a single page on the glass. That speed works just fine for my use here at my home. I also like that where I can keep the unit always on. After an adjusted time duration, I can set the go-to-sleep time (5 minutes for me) and it does. Using any of my 5 devices to print a document, the 8035 wakes right up and starts printing from anywhere in my home. I received a $40 ink coupon with a redemption number. I am probably going to wait another week to see what type of monthly use I am going to experience before I sign up for the monthly ink replenishment program that HP is offering. The only complaint that I have is, like a few others, is accessing the paper tray. It is a bit tight, but eventually goes in and out. Don't force it or you'll break something. Other than that quirky issue with the paper tray, I feel the unit as a whole is a pretty good and solid build. Thanks -

I'd give it zero if I could. When it works - wow it's great. But that's not been the case for me. Hundreds of pages that are wrong. Jammed all the time. Tech support was a waste of time. Customer service was a waste of time. Just so upset with this purchase. And the lack of help received was disgusting.
