Everything about setting pu this printer went smoothly. Immediately apparent was the effort to make things easier, such as the wrapping around the printer which has strap handles to make removal from the box ultra easy. A few tapes to remove and ready for plug in and ink installation which is about as easy as it gets. Self check runs perfectly and initial installation with HP Smart, got the printer up and running quickly and easily. Installation of the firmware, drivers and software from the HP support site went right the first time and opened up the full capability of the printer. The quality of print is very good. The printing is slightly skewed, about 1.3 degrees from true, which becomes apparent when looking through a document which has been printed on both sides. Registration lines which come with some documents just don't line up perfectly. However, for most print jobs, this will never matter or be noticed. Scanning likewise off by the same amount. But, the quality of the scan, otherwise, is excellent with great resolution and very good color reproduction. I do believe that the generous Instant Ink allowance will be a money saver and the most convenient way to replace ink. This may depend on the amount of printing I will actually do in the next two years, but I am content with the extra money I spent, compared with other HP Officejet Pro 9010 or 9025 printers

I've been using this printer for a couple months now. It is faster than my office jet Pro 8600. It has some quirks compared to the printer like scanner bed is reversed but I usually use the document feeder. The 8600 also had memory card readers built in so you didn't have to use your computer. I prefer my printer to be hardwired using the USB connection. With this printer if you do that most of the features don't work you have to use the wireless features. I can live with that. johnb

The HP OfficeJet Premier All-In-One Printer arrived in great shape. It was easy to set up, once I solved getting it on the internet (It turned out to be a wireless router issue). I had to manually delete all the old printer drivers, etc. before my PC would default to my new 2019. I have not been able to remove one of the (2) 2019 printer images that showed up in my HP Dashboard inside HP Support Assistant. It seems that the HP technical support folks did not/could not help me with this. I have been unable to print a 4x6 pictures without boarders even though there seems to be an option to do so.

This printer is exactly what I wanted and exactly what I needed. It replaced an HP OfficeJet 8625 All-in-One printer I had for over 7 years. That printer served me well and I know my new HP OfficeJet 9019 Premier All-in-One will do so as well. It is an upgrade with better, user friendly functionality and I am very pleased with the performance thus far. Thank you HP for making great products!

I like the printer but I spent about 4 hours with HP Smart Friend trying to get it to scan to an email by using the printer controls. It does not work ,It keeps giving me an error message saying it is not connected, it is. I can do it from my computer, so I gave up. I wish you sent written instructions on how to use the printer i,e, what the icons means and how to navigate it. On'line has not helped.

Working on my third printer - first had a defective display, replaced by HP with a cheaper model, replaced with the original model type I purchased which has a defective print head - they are sending me a new one. Hopefully the fourth time is a charm and the printer works this time.

No fax unless a phone land line is available. A 21st century product using 20th century technology. HP advertisement never mentioned a requirement of a phone land line in order to fax using the fax function on the printer.

This printer makes a lot of noise. When you printer double sided, it takes a long time to get through the process. The copy comes out well. The fax is ok.

Excellent printer. Fast and reliable. Easy setup. Flimsy paper tray, hope it holds up.

Printer worked fine when it stayed on. I had a problem though with the printer staying on. It would power off and could not be re-started without rebooting it. HP, after two attempts to trouble shoot failed to fix the problem is replacing the printer under warranty.

The printer shuts off unexpectedly and will only start up again by unplugging and replugging.

The only problem I have is that it will occasionally (once a month?) lose wireless and I have to turn it off and then on or maybe I'll have to unplug it and then plug it in again. Other than that, it's been great. I do a decent amount of printing. Also use scanner once in a while.

I bought this HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 AIO for a home office approximately a year ago. When it actually produces a page the quality does seem good and readable. The problem is that it is so difficult to cause that page to emerge from the device. Wireless? Yeah, not helpful when most of the time a prompt on the (so called) printer screen requires you to push a button before each job, so you have to walk to the printer then back to your PC etc. If ink is marginally low, a caution screen pops up with every document; there are regular errors that require job cancellation, then restart and resend. I spend so much time troubleshooting this device, I could probably drive to Office Depot and print my docs faster and with less frustration than using the hp "printer" in my house. Wish I had bought another Canon as I had generally good luck there over the years.

This is the 2nd printer fax I bought and have to return half the time the fax won't go thru and sometimes it won't auto answer. Sending faxes is just horrible. The quality of hp has really dropped since I bought a 8720

I bought this HP to replace my older HP because the scanner stopped beating and this one I have to get up numerous times to refeed the paper because it doesn't pull it through so my problem really was only partially solved

This is one of the best printer I have ever used in the past. The quality of the printing is so dynamic and neat and speed of the printing is much faster than before.

I purchase this printer for some projects and for printing school materials. It works great like all my other ho printers. The prints and pictures come out really nice. You have to play with settings to get the results you want. Only really down side is the speed. It isn't the fastest and actually slower then my lower end printers. I believe it says about 9-10 sec for first print that not correct. Also I turn off all my tools so the start up takes time too. But other then having a little patience it a good buy especially when you get free ink!

Loved my old Officejet Pro 8740!! My new 9019 does not work as well. It asks me to change ink but won't bring the printhead with ink so that I can change ink. It has frozen up on me a number of times. My old 8740 printed my stuff in order. This new one does it backwards and I have to sort it ... time-consuming. The control panel on the 9019 is tiny and hard to read and hard to put in correct FAX numbers. But the person I talked to said this was the best model for a small medical business. Not too happy with it.

I've never had any issues with OfficeJet Pro's. This is our first premier printer. The only slight gripe I could mention is that the premier prints slightly slower than some of the OJ Pro's that are a bit cheaper. I was hoping the premier would also be faster. But, overall awesome printer and I'm sure it'll last another 8 years like all our others. Our OJ Pro 8620 lasted almost 9 years and was still chugging along?.

I have to troubleshoot this printer every time I use it. Printing one piece of paper usually takes an hour. If it's not one thing it's another. Might as well go to Fed Ex IMO. Other than that it would be a fine printer ;/

Never know when you will be able to print or scan. or if you "have to" use HP Smart in order to scan. The printer is always running back and forth.. have to wait until it through doing what ever it is doing.... before you can do what you need to do... When you are able to print or scan its perfect.. I had a HP 8600 all in one pro printer, it was the best printer i ever had , off and on button stopped working... it still prints and scans beautiful, unplug and plug in to work...setting in my garage ready to donate.

I'm a long time HP Office Jet Pro user; and when my previous printer (6830) finally died, the only brand I looked at for a replacement was another Office Jet Pro; and I truly found a worthwhile replacement. Its only been a month since I began using the new Office Jet Pro Premier; and I'm fully satisfied. I expect it will last as long, if not longer than my previous unit. I also appreciate the easy to use "utilities" provided.

Excellent All In One Printer - Quality Brand
By KelBarnett
I was on the market for an All In One printer, so I could save space in my somewhat small office. For saving space, the HP Office Jet Pro Premier All In One has been excellent. It is slightly smaller than other All In One printers, which is perfect for my needs.Set Up: Setting up the printer was rather simple. It features a touch screen and came with easy to understand instructions. The only roadblock I came across was that I was unable to set up the printer using my Chromebook - it did not s...

What's not to like? With the OJP9019, you generally get a 9% discount from MSRP, a $240 prepaid Subscription Ink account, a 2-year warranty, 500 pages of starter black ink, and an indeterminate amount of starter color ink (ie, I'm still on my first carts). That's a $50 discount, $240 subscription, ~$30 warranty, and ~$40 of starter ink on a $400 printer. The OJP9019 prints at an exceedingly fast pace. It prints well too, as my wife uses photostock paper to print her best cell pictures. ...
