I like the printing job this printer does, but I don't like the fact it only has Yahoo email. Also the eFAX did great on the first fax, the next time it is pushing me to upgrade and pay for faxes. I don't want to pay for faxes, my machine should do this for free. What's up with this? I'd like a response from HP about this. Thanks.

The printer is awesome loved it. The removeable Zeen 410 series ereader/tablet is a big joke. You can not use it with the kindle app from the amazon app store because the programming by HP doesn't allow the Zeen 410 to be recognized as an android reader. I spent hour or so with Live HP Sales chat to verify this information and was assured that it was compatible with Kindle. Also the Zeen 410 took more than 24 hours to recognize that there were updates for it. I did the normaly check for updates after installing the printer to my home network came back with updates for the printer but none for the Zeen 410. Also items needed aren't fully disclosed on the website for the Zeen the data cable is not listed which you will need at some point doesn't reccommend you buy the a/c adapter charger for it either which you will need if you plan to take the Zeen away from home & the printer charging station. This item was promptly returned after 2 days of working with tech support trying to get this to work as advertised. Do not buy if you think it is a great deal for a printer and separate ereader. It isn't. Customer Service was great with the return of the items.

Received with no instructions. CD did not have any as well that we could find. We were excited to order what we believed to be a "scaled down" tablet but doesn't seem to be. ePrint is cool! Seems to only want to print on photo paper though. We like to "proof" the photos first before investing in photo paper. I think our expectations were greater than the capabilities. Maybe that is why there was such a generous discount on this model.

I really like the fact that you don't need a phone line to fax. I used to have to un-plug everything to fax with my old printer, and then plug everything back in when I was done. It was very easy to set-up. I like the tablet, but I am learning how to use it still. My finger nails get in the way, lol. I'm still learning how the Apps work too. The pictures printed are very clear as well. Good price for what all you get.

Good printer for the most part. Setup was easy (only after 2 hours) of trying to get the print head aligned and ink to be reconized. I was about ready to call HP, when the last time I removed the print head and reinstalled it, the printer finally reconized the print head and ink. Must be a problem with these printers because instructions for fixing the problem kept coming up on the Zeen untill the problem was fixed. As far as print quality and photo printing it does a very nice job. I cant tell you yet about ink useage as I have only had this printer for a short time. I just hope when I change the ink cartriges that I dont have the print head alignment problem again. HP needs to work on that problem.

I'm completely amazed by this printer. The key is patience. Once the Zeen is on, you must let it perform. It's loading even though you may not be aware of it. Anything I needed to do was minimal. Only thing that held me up is I wasn't aware that I needed to touch the screen to activate my router. The name of the router came on the screen and I waited for about 20 minutes before I realized touching the name was all that was needed to be done. It makes my last printer look prehistoric. Printer's incredibly quick and super quality. Automatically synced with my computer and iphone. Nothing difficult whatsoever. Love it and highly recommend. The Zeen is a blast.

This is my HP comeback printer after a poor experience 6 years ago. I keep wondering if I have a different printer than some of the other people that have reviewed it because I have not seen it go thru a lot of ink (194 pages so far, lots of photos, still on starter cartridges). it was very easy to set up considering the capabilities, and has not lost connection on the network despite being the device that is farthest from the wireless router. I am still keeping my fingers crossed, particularly considering my past experience with HP printers, but things are looking hopeful. Things I really like: Photo Paper Tray Great photo quality General print quality is excellent No paper jams No network problems Easy on the ink Things that are still up in the air: The Zeen. Not sure how this is an advantage yet. But I have not used it a lot. After a week and a half, I have to say I am quite satisfied. Mike

This machine is ok for the memorial day price but not the original price. Be prepared to purchase alot of ink. I have never seen a printer use so much ink and pricey too!. Tablet (zeen) is very very limited and they say there are alot of apps, but you will use only a few. I too have had alot of problems with the wireless part. It seems to crash alot. I have had to reinstall the program several times. Seems to never end. I actually quit using it because it uses so much ink and crashes all time time so it just sits there as a great conversation piece. Serves it's purpose better by just leaving it off and talking about how nice it looks and I wished it was more reliable.

I have used this product only for a short time. The pictures that are printed are of exceptional quality for this price range printer. The handheld "mini" tablet for web browsing, email and select apps is fast and pages are opened in high resolution. It's like having a tablet and a printer all in one...and at a great price.

Setting up this printer was so easy and I love the tablet it allows me to access the great functionality this printer has. Setting it up on my wireless network was so simple. I haven't used all the options yet but the ones I've used have been great.

Was very easy to setup, I was amazed at what it can do. The software that you install on your computer is great. Does everything it said it would do and more.and the ZEEN is a big plus...I do enjoy this printer very much.

I enjoyed it until all the sudden it died on me!!! It will not recognize the zen as being docked... Which makes it pretty much useless and have not been able to get much if any help from h.p. Support.... So as for now I guess I just bought a $300+ piece of pretty office furniture!!!!:( For the record however, I really enjoyed this thing and was thoroughly impressed while it lasted.

Many many issues just coming out of the box. Cartridges too small and wasted rapidly, zeen couldn't find printer, constantly lost wifi, can't fax without an account else where.

I just got this printer 2 days ago but i like it a lot so far. One problem is the printer uses a lot of ink even with the larger cartridges. it is fine printing short emails but try printing 74 pages some of which have a lot of color and it will run out of ink every time. this is typical of HP printers in my experience but i was told that the ink management had improved but could not see any difference. i had no problems setting it up and have it connected by cable on one computer and wireless network on a second computer.

From day one of installing this printer, i have had networking problems. When i first plugged it in and attempted to install it to the network, it could not be found. Tech support tried to help and they then gave up. I returned it to staples within the first week of ownership and they replaced it. The second printer installed; however, it required forcing the networking to work. It stabilized and worked for about 3-4 weeks. It then dropped off the network and could not be found. Upon calling tech suppor i was told that my waranty had expired; the printer was less than 2 months old (talk about frustration). Tech support would not help without me jumping through hoops to produce receipts (which I have - but elected not to comply with people I could barely understand) When I selected the HP Photosmart eStation e-All-in-One Printer - C510a as my default printer and rebooted, the printer showed on the network (BTW since the begining, the printer had been given a static IP) It then stayed available for about 2 weeks and once again dropped off the network. Most times even the Zeen can not find the HP Photosmart eStation e-All-in-One Printer - C510a, even when it is in it's dock. The specs on the printer show it to be an extremely capable photo printer, but the color rendition is quite lousy, the connectivity is the worst I have ever had to use (it is now connected via USB cable). I would never recommend this or probably any other wireless printer to anyone. My experience with computers & printers goes back to the days of DOS; I am the network administrator for my company and based upon my experience with this printer, I doubt if I ever will recommend another HP printer for our offices.

Purchased this printer when it first came out. Hours and hours of deleting and reinstalling software. Fixes do not help. Printer drops off of computer with no warning. All functions buggy and have not been resolved by HP. This is the second printer, first was sent back because of it malfunctioning. I have five laptops on the network and all have trouble printing. Open up a savings account to manage printer cartridge purchases. This thing eats them and laughs. For now, going back to my old HP 7200 that I never had problems with. Life is too short to waste trying to fix a product that HP doesn't care about. And now with the Touchpad ordeal-which I also purchased, things are not looking so hot. A once 100% loyal fan of HP, you have done you best and it just isn't good enough. You lost me for good. Sorry, but other companies can have my dollar....

Got my printer in 11/2011 and by 02/12 I was needing a Printhead carriage replaced at $100 a pop. That's over 25% of the cost of the entire machine. Tech I spoke to (from an outside vendor - can't get the part from HP) said this part does go out alot on these machines. I love the features and pictures are awesome- but now I am leary of needing a printhead every 3 months. May be too expensive to keep this one up.

Worst HP device ever purchased. Completely the worst product I have ever used. Print jobs get stuck in queue or error all the time. When print jobs do print, it does after a long time has passed since it was submitted. HP focused too much on all the extra worthless features and missed the primary function of a printer...to print. We keep looking for upgrades or new driver to correct the issue, but it states everything is current. What a headache.

It took some time to set-up this printer for it has alot of features, such as the zeen and eprint. We considered the Officejet pro Premium 8600 all in one, but it didn't meet our needs for we required a photo rich printer. Our first photosmart was the C6150, which reproduced some very nice prints, as well as the Canon Prima MX 420. However, the Photosmart C510a raised the bar for its photo quality is absolutely awesome.

THIS IS THE 3RD HP PRINTER THAT I HAVE PURCHASED AND THEY ALL PERFORM GREAT I WOULDN'T OWN ANY OTHER KIND. I USE THIS PRINTER IN MY CHURCH MORE FOR A COPY MACHINE THAN ANYTHING ELSE. WHEN I GET A COMPUTER HOOKED UP PERMENATELY TO IT, I WILL BE LOOKING FORWARD TO USING ALL OF ITS WONDERFUL FEATURES.

The print quality is great - when it prints! It seems like a hit or miss! Some time it works great when it works! I need to print a test page before I can print what I want too. I did not get much help from the support tech. He said it sounds like a network proablem! I'm thinking about putting it out for the trash pick up! Realy could use some HELP!

Best printer & I tried them all..

Great printer, does so much more than print and setting it up was a breeze.Wow what you can do with this,I own an Ipad but the tablet that came with this is almost as cool, all I can say is WOW.My old printer was a top of the line Canon just a little over a year old,but when I seen this one I said I had to have it,finally I can fax with out putting the phone cord in and out (as I only had one phone line and could not leave it in).One of my best buys this year for sure...
Great printer and a good tablet
By rykanz
I love the print quality of this printer. The photo prints are very good. It took me a while to get the printer set up working with my Windows 7 desktop, but I think the problem had more to do with the desktop than the software/driver because it installed with no problems on my laptop. I love the duplex feature, great way to save on paper and help the environment. Now for the tablet, known as Zeen. It works perfectly as it is intended to, and has the ability to be customized with little wor...
