Battery for HP Photosmart Printer
I purchased this battery, charged it for at least 8 hrs. and it would not power up my printer. The tips to uninstall it for awhile and the reinstall it didn't help either.

My overall rating would be that the battery has to be priced at a cheaper rate or even given free with the printer.
The item is a really good idea because we can print stuff right wherever we are.
I would say that we could wait for the price to drop for this thing.

My First to HP Shopping on Line
At first, I was not able to find what I needed. By checking further, I was able to locate the battery for my A 510 HP Printer right off.
I will now be able to take my printer anywhere I go and print the pictures I take right there on the spot. I love all my HP products.
Next time I wont be so afraid to mess something up. Thanks.

Internal Battery Life
I use the 475 for rapid testing of composition in my studio and field work; similar to the Polaroid back for my MF cameras. I am now about to purchase my third battery for my 475. The battery life is absolutely terrible. I have used the current battery for fewer that 200 prints, the former for 125 total. In both cases each battery charged twice and then failed to take any charge whatsoever. Both batteries were less than six-months old. If you can use your printer with the AC-adpater fine, DO NOT depend upon the battery, It is too bad that this great printer is limited by such a poor internal battery.
