Less than ideal experience
I was sent the wrong cartridges - my order showed I had ordered the right ones. They would not send correct cartridges until I returned the wrong ones they had sent. I had to find a FedEx location that accepted drop off returns. The correct cartridges were sent 2-day delivery; it took 4 days.

Software upgrades = Poor experience for long-term users!!
This is my second NEW cartridge that does NOT work. My printer was working just fine without the update. In an attempt to be a committed HP user, my BRAND new cartridge (from my stock purchased in bulk a few years back) nor the one HP just delivered.

ADD COLOR TO YOUR DAY
I have used the HP 902 color and black cartridges since purchasing my HP6978 about 5 years ago. I do have a tendancy to print often for paper-in-hand reading and editing vs on-line reading. Excellent product that never smears when printing or copying, provides clear copies and cartridges have a good life cycle. A little pricey, but never disappointed with the quality.

These products explode and spill ink when you open them. And they won't refund it. Best to buy it somewhere else for less money.

One of the cartridges doesn't work.
The cyan cartridge doesn't work at all. To the untrained eye it appears to be normal. I've tried using the clean printhead function a number of times with no success.

Problems after replacing cartridges
Printer was working fine although ink levels were low. Replaced the colour cartridges and the trouble started. The quality suddenly became worse and black disappeared completely. Phoned hp and talked to Emmanuel for just under two hours! I am going to get a replacement black cartridge got free. I hope this works although I can't understand why replacing the colour cartridges would make the black stop printing. Doesn't make sense to me.

The 3 color packs fail to print - not at all, nothing! HP ought to fix this or refund my money. I got advice from an expert about what might be the problem. I followed the expert's instructions but colors 902still failed.

HP 902 Colour Cartridges
Ink cartridges delivered promptly - regretfully my HP OfficeJet 6962 no longer prints all colours - particularly the blues. So I use a Canon colour printer whenever I need colour output. However the HP still works great for greyscale/black and white printing.
