I ordered this monitor because I work from home sometimes and need a second screen along with my laptop. I could not be happier with this monitor! It was easy to install and the images are clear and crisp. I would highly recommend it to any average user that just needs an extra screen to be more productive.

Arrived in box that appeared undamaged, not left at my door but rather the complex entrance. Not ideal considering it shipped in an apparent contents box. Unboxed and all seemed well, no damage. Plugged in and turned on and it looks like The Matrix. No apparent reason why, I’ll be contacting customer support and will follow up with the results.

My previous 25 inch HP monitor finally gave up the ghost possibly due to a burned out power supply or rectifier since I could smell it before the monitor went blank. The new HP monitor is the same size and works even better. The hookup was easy and seamless. Delivery was done quickly and updates on delivery date and time were provided daily. The new monitor didn't come with an owners manual, but the quick connect guide made it easy to install in minutes. The monitor's control buttons are not marked but pressing one of the buttons brings up the display on how to use each button. The owner's guide would have helped with this.

I have been on the internet purchases with HP products since 1968. HP is very dependable with their products and there sale employee's (They (employee's) alway knows there products inside and out. I will not change to any other companies for CPU's, printers, and etc. Thank You CR Hewlett

For the past 30 years I've been a loyal HP customer. That didn't matter when l received a defective monitor. The failure of HP to appreciate my loyalty has lost my loyalty. BTW the monitor was indeed defective and replaced.

This is my second purchase of a pair of these monitors. Bought the 25es at Best Buy and now the 25er from HPShopping. I find 25" is just right for 1080p, and with two of them side by side, a display almost four feet wide. It is hard to beat the out of box white balance on these HP monitors which is very important for the technical work that I use them for. These are among the few monitors that offer "Technicolor" color timing. For the quality of display, these are a tremendous value at near half the price of some of the competition of comparable display quality.

This is the second monitor I purchased from HP of the same style. This was a second monitor for work when the one they provided was small, old, and hurt my eyes. The first HP monitor I bought was a 23es, which had even better glare control built in instead of a coating like this one. Unfortunately, I didn't see that option available anymore.
