I had an older 25 inch monitor and since I've been working from home I decided to invest in a better home office with a similar product that would round out my screen real estate. I got this monitor as well as some monitor arms, mounted everything up and it rules! I love how my home office is as good as my work desk at the office.

I ordered this monitor because I work from home sometimes and need a second screen along with my laptop. I could not be happier with this monitor! It was easy to install and the images are clear and crisp. I would highly recommend it to any average user that just needs an extra screen to be more productive.

Arrived in box that appeared undamaged, not left at my door but rather the complex entrance. Not ideal considering it shipped in an apparent contents box. Unboxed and all seemed well, no damage. Plugged in and turned on and it looks like The Matrix. No apparent reason why, I’ll be contacting customer support and will follow up with the results.

My previous 25 inch HP monitor finally gave up the ghost possibly due to a burned out power supply or rectifier since I could smell it before the monitor went blank. The new HP monitor is the same size and works even better. The hookup was easy and seamless. Delivery was done quickly and updates on delivery date and time were provided daily. The new monitor didn't come with an owners manual, but the quick connect guide made it easy to install in minutes. The monitor's control buttons are not marked but pressing one of the buttons brings up the display on how to use each button. The owner's guide would have helped with this.

I rely on reviews heavily when I shop and did the same for this monitor. I do a lot of photo editing and my eyesight isn't what it was years ago so I wanted something bright with a large screen surface. This monitor was a great choice for me. IT was easy to set up. I had not one issue pairing it with my new HP computer and when I put my first photo up for editing, a huge smile came across my face. I can't talk specs with anyone but I CAN say that though some may have found fault with this monitor, I did not. It worked right out of the box. MY ONLY issue was the delivery time. Took longer than expected and advised but not something that I will downgrade the rating for. For me, it works.

I have been on the internet purchases with HP products since 1968. HP is very dependable with their products and there sale employee's (They (employee's) alway knows there products inside and out. I will not change to any other companies for CPU's, printers, and etc. Thank You CR Hewlett

For the past 30 years I've been a loyal HP customer. That didn't matter when l received a defective monitor. The failure of HP to appreciate my loyalty has lost my loyalty. BTW the monitor was indeed defective and replaced.
