Worst experience I've ever had attempting to register. It's been weeks now and I still can't get a tech scheduled for the installation. To the point where I am seriously considering replacing all the large format printers with Epson or Canon printers.

This printer replaced another HP that we've used for over 15 years without issue. So far this M555 is excellent, and as with all HP products in my experience, will be the little workhorse that we need. Buying directly from HP was the best decision. . . the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, guided me to the right choice for our company, and was very patient and helpful.

I am forced into buying this package because the Designjet T210 that I bought about a year ago has a "Lack of support history" should never have been allowed to exist. The problem is with the Driver Package. The proper driver for this printer need a driver package that is misnamed. Also There seems to be only one tech in your Printer support location in India who knows how to properly install the misnamed driver. So I believe that if I wanted to buy a new desktop and install the T210 on it, I would be in for a big mess. You can check my records with the support department. The latest conversion to a new Desktop took me several days and a lot of wasted time. I am not a satisfied customer

This is the third plotter we bought and I can tell they are workhorses. Very easy to use and last forever. Very practical for any office that works with large formats and also needs good quality presentations.

My conpany was in the market for a large format printer, most that we had looked at were very expensive and had a large footprint. When we found the Designjet T-230 we were impressed with both the price and compact size. Since setting it up we have used it several times and had great results. Highly recommend and a great value!

Got the T250-24 to replace our old DesignJet 500. At first it was pretty good, easy setup, easy install, plots basic CAD drawings very fast. However, once you try to plot a color aerial photo of any size (PDF format) it takes nearly 15 minutes to a half hour to complete. Pretty sure this is a driver problem but have not found a solution yet (as of 07/08/2021). Hopefully this gets resolved because our old DesignJet 500 performed a lot better and that thing was 20 years old **face palm**

I have been an HP purchaser for 30 years - with Laptops, Desktops and Printers only from HP - nobody else. My last HP printer lasted 25 years. I purchased a new HP printer when my old one died - along with the printer I purchased the optional wireless adapter. I also purchased the HP Care Pack. After over 6 hours on several occasions on the phone with their techs I was unable to get this new printer to work. I finally gave up, sent it back and bought a Brother printer. Their tech help was unable to get their own product up and running.

Still having issues with resolving the warranty problems on this care pack. HP plays a game of taking weeks to respond to every request to add support. The printer comes with a warranty that isn't from the sale date. Good luck getting HP to fix that issue. It has taken me over a month and nothing is resolved.

I spent over an hour on the phone with the sales office, the guy was very helpful. I told him the price I was seeing on Amazon for the printer, ink and paper combo. He said he can match that price and even do better, he could add a warranty. So I took the option he offered. I received my order and there is no paper. I have tried calling but with it being a Saturday I can't get anyone on the phone. I have no idea when the paper will be here, or if I should go buy some so I can try out my new printer. I am actually super frustrated right now, but due to how well he helped me I won't go less than the 4 stars.
