HP gone down the tubes

Hunk of Junk HP Printers. I have always bought HP printers and toners and in the last 3 years have been so disappointed and their service has been awful as well. I will not be buying them again the future. they are uber-complicated unnecessarily so and the complications take away from the product and don't add anything to it. the toner says it is OUT and if u take it out and shake it there are hundreds, maybe thousands or more pages to go. a rip off!

MANY Defective toner cartridges costing over $6000 and can only be trashed

I now have over $6000 worth of these toner cartridges in my office which the vendor says are not defective but the printer has issues. The printer repair company says it's the toners. Toner starts from edge with streaks of white and gradually moves inward. Replace toner and it's back to normal until 30% is used. Most do not last past 70% remaining. Suddenly the last 2 have been fine like HP secretly fixed the problem but will do nothing about the defective ones.

Toner never reaches 100% used.

6 new M635's, all 6, the toner never makes it to 100% used. We are replacing toner with 10%`30% left.

No quality control at HP

Defective 147 cartridges

I have several HP M635 and 636 MFP printers, Great machines and had no problems with any of the HP147X or Y cartridges until the ones purchased after June of this year They have very light print, especially down left side of page status says the cartridges are still still 70 -80% full ! HP needs to quickly get to the bottom of this problem ! They also need a PHONE NUMBER with A LIVE person that you can speak with

Printer or Toner is extremely poor quality compared to previous models. M611 unrepairable 18mo old.

Toner is already printing like it is empty and has 90% remaining. $460 in the trash.
