The HP 116A Yellow Laser Toner arrived and I put it back into my storage closet so I have it available to replace when the current cartridge is spent.

Printer indicated toner cartridge was low. I ordered toner cartridge and replaced it. Printer is now reporting GOOD toner cartridge status. I am now happy also.

This is the 5th printer I have bought in 1 year 8 months. The greatest defect I found was that they had a tendency to experience paper jam quite frequently and the removal was not an easy project. So I junked 4 and I stopped using one laser printer because the ink cost was very expensive. I just bought an 8025 and I will see how it works.

In the past I’ve purchased HP ink from local stores and every time I get less prints than s as advertised but whenever I order direct for HP I get at least if not more prints. I won’t buy anywhere else.

I have had endless problems with my printer. Customer support was terrible. I tried to fix it and make it work too long, then when I couldn't anymore, I tried to return it and they said it was just over 30 days so they would no longer allow me to return the printer. I decided to count my losses and stick with a different brand from now on.

This is the basic printer, looks exactly like the next version. Quality of the printer is very good. However... 1. This printer doesn't do front and back automatically. 2. Toner doesn't last long at all. 3. Toner is costly. 4. They promise next business delivery, it hasn't happen yet.

Our toner was delivered on time, as promise and I was impressed. We bought this hp printer because our Epson printer was defective. Their customer service is extremely poor and we got tired of trying.
