Unrealistically Expensive
The cost of replacing toner cartridges is exhorbitant. The materials involved manufacturing the toner cartridges do not justify the high replacement cost. We participate in the recycling program. Why can't we purchase recycled cartridges, or at least get a credit to apply to replacements? This lowers my opinion of the HP brand.

Expensive Toner
Super expensive product. It works but the cost of toner and all that the company does to prevent purchase from any other company should be criminal.

My return and reorder
I ordered complete set of ink cartridges (4) for my printer. One of the four was not even for my printer and so was sent back and another one received. The invoice shows a price of $12 for shipping deducted from my initial refund. Why? I did not order it wrong and I was the one inconvenienced! otherwise the new one was installed and it all works perfectly

Great Product
Easy to use and has a long life. Just wish the extended capacity cartridges were available at the local office supply store.

Expensive but dependable and quality replacement toner.
Lifesaver for the printer with small starter pack. Wish it wasn't so expensive and the chip makes it a lock in for us unfortunately but is does somewhat guarranty good results! Easy to change.

A full set of CMYK costs 30% more than the printer itself.
Cartridge works, but it has to. HP needs to figure out a way to make consumables at competitive pricing.

All 4 toners are easy to install, work well, with accurate colors.
Negatives are cost and erroneously told that my new printer would qualify for Instant Print which it doesn't.

Good Print Quality
Toner is easy to install. The print quality is good. Lots of warnings once it gets close to being exhausted. Sometimes it causes the printer to hang if you do not acknowledge the warning notification.

Not happy at all
I am getting streaks on my pages. The streaks are either yellow, pink, or blue. I have tried to contact HP but there is no way to explain my problem to the chatbox. I can't find a number to talk with anyone. I am very disappointed.

Works great! This printer with these toners gives professional looking results. I am thrilled with it. They are expensive, but I feel it's worth it for the results you get.
