This computer is outright terrible and not worth the 200 hundred dollar price tag it is given. I would pay for a pawnshop computer over this blatant garbage.

It is a very cheap and in-expensive alternative to a laptop, but there are a lot of cons (1) The Matte screen easily attracts fingerprints and gets foggy easily (2) You can't run the same programs as you would on a laptop (3) The plastic body is durable, but it does get easily scratched (4) A lot more restrictive in customization than a laptop In my opinion, you should just save up the extra cash to get a shiny new laptop, but if you want a device to stream video, or do school work, I definitely recommend getting this Chromebook

I bought this computer in January and less than 6 months later it stopped workint. The screen was totally black and unresponsive. HP was awful to work with and speaking to a person would take hours to arrange. After paying extra for a fast shipping and repair to ensure I had it back before I moved they did not return it anywhere near the promised repair date. Buy any other computer, this is not worth a cent.

This is the school issued chromebook that my 6 going on 7yo daughter got. Its got great build quality, battery life, all round functionality (can be used for zoom calls/hangouts) - speakers, mic, camera, external usb device (we plugged in a microscope, it worked first time), boots in seconds, lightweight (can be easily picked up with one hand). I'm impressed to the point I decided to write a review. If I was buying one for myself, I'd probably like a bigger screen, but I can't fault this model.

My work loaned me this. Too smal screen for anything purposeful. Screen has a "fog" appearance making it very difficult to read the text. No USB port so I can't connect a mouse. I would never buy this for myself.

I bought 2 of these since school was out of session due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Since my elementary children already use chromebooks at school and have google accounts that are monitored by the school, they were quickly ready to use and were up and running as soon as they were opened, charged and logged into. They arrived sooner than expected even with the rush orders they received during this time. They are durable, lightweight and easy to store. Perfect for all my child's needs when it comes to online meetings, chats, emails, online classrooms, homework and class activities.

If you’re looking for a very basic laptop, small and portable that it’s pretty good but, there are a lot of programs that aren’t compatible and a lot of features you can’t do on a chrome book. I would recommend non chrome books because HP does have some good laptops.

I got this for my little girl when they started doing online school with the school closures. Definitely had to re-learn some stuff about the Chrome OS. Last time I used this OS was several years back. She was also more adept with another OS. Eventually, she found her way around and is using this more for her classroom work.

when my HP Notebook 14" with Windows 7 died, I replaced it with this HP Notebook 11". it was an easy transition since I was already using Google Chrome. Hooked it up to a 22" HDMI in case I needed a bigger picture.
