Incorrect Product information

The product description is inaccurate. This is not the Omen X27 like the overview states. I will be canceling my order.

Wish they worked longer than a few days

Nice Displays. Unfortunately, I own two of these $800 junkers. After my first exchange due to many dead pixels, I setup the new display in a bit of a rush and gave it the "OK". I never got to use it much due to travel for work. I honestly thought the "waves" on the right side of the screen were part of the Windows 7 background. Just full screend a darker window. Of course I didn't find out until a month later and now I'm probably stuck with it. Do yourselves a favor and pass on these. $800 displays shouldn't be this much of a headache.

Fantastic Gaming experience

Love my Omen. It has all of the features you'd want in a gaming monitor. Mine came with no dead pixels or problems. Gsync is worth the hype and premium, you have to see it to believe it. My monitor shows no ghosting or signs of high input lag. Be sure to adjust and calibrate the monitor to your liking, the default setting was a little to warm for my taste. This is a high tier TN panel so don't let that fool you if you're comparing this to an ips panel, the colors are there without the ips glow and ghosting. If you have a decent gaming computer, you owe it to yourself to match it with an awesome monitor and consider this product. Side note - We use HP products where I work and they've always been reliable which also had an influence on my purchase. Hopefully this product provides me with the same reliability.

The Omen 27 inch 165HZ G-Sync is Amazing !!!

I have owned many monitors, 1080P,2K,4K, and 5K displays Today I went to my local electronics store and had a choice between this monitor and one with the same specs. So I took a chance on this one even tho I could find no reviews for it on the internet and as a hard core gamer I have to say this monitor has surpassed my expectations It blows the competition away ! I play battlefield 1 and my Kill count has gone up by 70% also you can see things going on in your games so much better with the 165 Hz and G-sync. The only thing I can not figure out is how to change the sharpness of the monitor but I think it might be a user error, Anyhow If you are having hesitations purchasing this product, Fear not you will be satisfied :D Thankyou HP for making a monitor that rocks !
