Holds solid black areas
I make x-ray images of things like flowers and seashells. I often print them out with a solid black background. I tried several papers and found that I was going to have to use something glossy or semi-gloss. I found that the Photo Rag Pearl does a good job with large black patches while Fine Art Pearl is not as good for this. I also spray a protective coat onto them. My printer is a Canon iPF8300.
