The Panasonic Lumix TS7 and FT7 cameras, which this housing is designed for, are waterproof up to 102 ft (31m) and shockproof up to 6.6 ft (2m). They feature a 20.4-megapixel BSI-CMOS sensor, an optically stabilized 28-128mm equivalent f/3.3-5.9 lens, a super-bright 3" LCD display, 4K video capabilities at 24p or 30p, and a high-speed 120fps mode. With built-in Wi-Fi and a CIPA battery life of 300 shots per charge, these cameras are designed for convenience and longevity.

This underwater housing provides full control of all camera functions, even when wearing gloves. The shutter lever is designed for sensitive and natural operation, with an optional Shutter Trigger Extension # 4077.93 for easy reach when using a right-hand quick release handle. The acetal and hard-anodized aluminum push buttons reduce weight and prevent salt build-up, ensuring smooth operation with minimal maintenance.

The housing's rear seal design eliminates the need for an o-ring groove or channel, preventing the trapping of sand, dirt, or debris. Two double-passivated stainless steel locking lid snaps are virtually unbreakable, and the clear back allows you to see the o-ring form a solid, watertight seal as it closes.

For added security, an optional Vacuum Kit # 47012 can be installed on the side of the housing. This allows you to draw a vacuum on the housing to check for leaks prior to entering the water, providing extra security at the water's surface, especially in rough surf.

Constructed from a white ABS-PC blend, this housing provides strength and corrosion-free performance year after year with minimal maintenance. The light color deflects the sun to keep your camera running cooler, longer, and provides superior contrast for an enhanced view of the camera, LCD screen, and o-ring seal.
