With a CIPA battery life rating of 600 shots in 'Economy' mode, you can capture more of your underwater journey without worrying about battery life.The 200DL Underwater Housing incorporates a Dry Lock (DL) port system, designed to reduce the chances of water dropping onto your camera sensor. The DL ports are lightweight yet robust, capable of withstanding rough surf conditions. The housing also includes a system of extensions to accommodate a wide variety of lenses, and most popular zoom lenses and select lens focus rings can be engaged using simple gearing.The unique rear seal design of the housing prevents accidental twisting or stretching of the o-ring, ensuring a confident assembly. The housing also includes a vacuum valve for checking leaks before entering the water, providing extra security, especially in rough surf conditions. The housing supports manual strobes or TTL electronics, depending on your shooting needs. It includes a manual hotshoe with an Ikelite ICS-5 bulkhead, compatible with a wide variety of strobes. For the fastest and most accurate TTL exposure, you can add the DL4 DS Link TTL Converter and a compatible Ikelite DS strobe.Ergonomics are a key feature of the 200DL Underwater Housing. Large, curved control levers allow easy access to shutter and autofocus controls. The housing also features premium soft-touch knobs for intuitive operation of rotating controls, and all rear camera buttons are accessible via smooth action, hard-anodized aluminum push buttons.The housing is designed for easy setup and handling. It does not accommodate the use of add-on grips, battery grips, eyepieces, LCD covers, or other accessories.
