The 200DL Underwater Housing is compatible with the Canon EOS 90D DSLR camera, which boasts a 32.5-megapixel sensor, an updated metering system, and quick Dual Pixel AF. This camera is capable of capturing 4K video, making it a top choice in Canon's APS-C DSLR camera line. The housing features a Dry Lock (DL) port system, a unique design that places the o-ring on the outside of the port mount to reduce the chances of water dropping onto your camera sensor. The DL ports are lightweight yet robust, designed to withstand rough surf conditions. The 200DL Underwater Housing also offers a unique rear seal design that prevents accidental twisting or stretching of the o-ring, ensuring a confident and simple assembly. The clear back of the housing allows you to see the o-ring form a solid, watertight seal as it closes. The housing comes with a vacuum valve installed as standard, designed to be low profile to avoid interference with controls. This vacuum valve allows you to draw a vacuum on the housing to check for leaks prior to entering the water, providing extra security. The housing supports both manual strobe exposure and TTL converter, depending on your application. The flash bulkhead is located on the top of the case to alleviate strain on the sync cord. Ergonomics are a key feature of the 200DL Underwater Housing, with large, curved control levers for shutter and autofocus. The housing also features premium soft-touch knobs for intuitive operation of rotating controls. The camera mount is front-loading for easy installation and removal, and the mounting plate features a 1/4-20 threaded mount on the bottom so that it can be attached to a tripod on the surface.
