Works great in my Olympus Evolt 510. This card performs excellent and has never failed me. I am a outdoor/ nature photographer and I must say that I was impressed with the performance of this card. Holds close to 6k pics at 10.0 mp's in jpeg and about 4k when shooting in raw. It may not be the greatest for action/sports photography, but it definately gets the job done!

Don't buy anything this important from anyone but a trusted seller like Adorama. I have heard to many horror stories about cheap knockoffs being hoisted on line. Buy where you can trust.

I used it on my Canon 5D II and it was crashed at the middle of my photo taking. The pictures in the card cannot be read either from my camera nor from my PC. My friends also bought the same model(80X)and they also have the same problem.

The magic in my eyes upon seeing an upgrade from approx. 250 pictures on my little baby 2gb to approx. 2100+ on this 16gb card cannot be explained. It is purely priceless. (I shoot in Large size JPEG as of this posting.) I haven't noticed any difference between the 2 items aside from size. Wonderful!

Writes fast enough to keep up with 5DM2 full RAW and HD video as well ... would not shoot sports or anything that requires a lot of burst shooting with this card. But for regular shooting it works great.

• Lexar's Platinum II memory cards provide photographers with performance levels capable of sustained rapid-fire shooting and full motion video, two of the most popular and sought after features in digital cameras. The Platinum II CompactFlash memory card is speed-rated at 80X, capable of a minimum sustained write speed of 12mb per second.
• With Platinum II, consumers can confidently choose from a practical line of memory cards that will allow them to take advantage of the advanced features in their digital camera.
• A minimum sustained speed-rating is a measurement of how quickly content can be written to the card. By speed-rating Lexars Platinum II line of cards - and performance testing each before they ship - Lexar is providing a higher level of confidence to the consumer during the flash memory buying process.
• Rapid-fire shooting and video capture are two features that continue to move up the consumer photography priority list. High-speed cards, including those within Lexar's Platinum II line, are ideal for in-camera applications that require the user to write captured information to his or her card without interruption.
• Lexar CompactFlash cards are individually speed-rated so you know the minimum sustained write speed capability of the card. We use the same rating system used by the CD-Rom industry, where data transfers at a rate of 1X equals 150 kilobytes (KB) per second. And the higher the speed rating, the faster your camera can write images to the memory card.
