The Dedicated Digital Back Cover is designed for both professional photographers and photography enthusiasts who appreciate the blend of vintage aesthetics and modern technology.
The main purpose of this device is to allow users to use vintage cameras in a digital way, creating photos with a unique, retro-styled appeal.
This device is comparable to other creative photography techniques such as 'Pinhole' and 'Lomography', offering a distinctive result that stands out in its genre.
No, the Dedicated Digital Back Cover does not aim to compete with the high-resolution output of the latest digital cameras. Instead, it celebrates the charm of analog photography in the digital era.
The philosophy behind this device is to celebrate photography as an art form, not merely a pursuit of pixel perfection, and to recreate the excitement of the past when every photo was a source of emotion and amusement.

Perfect fit on Minolta XG-7. It does NOT fit a Minolta X-570 because of the camera's "bulge" where you would grab it with your right hand. And by the way, this is only the CUSTOM ADAPTER, not the entire electronic unit which is basically a digital camera using the old body and lens. Some purchaser who did not read the whole thing gave a 1-star review because they apparently thought they could get the whole thing for $ Way to not do your homework and then blame the seller!

Note for professional photographers:
I'm Back was created with the intention of reusing the old analog in a digital way, but maintaining a "retro" aspect in the photos thanks to the focusing screen. It is not intended to have the quality of a digital camera of last generation, therefore, it is not an accessory to be at par with a digital or even an analog. I'm back gives a unique result in its genre. In similar solutions, like "Pinhole", "Lomography", it gives photos with the use of a "Scanner" and other art form, yes, the art of photography is after all an art form and not something to be judged by the quantity of pixels or any less.
I'm Back was designed not only for professional photographers, but for ordinary people who are passionate about photography and for technology from old cameras, for anyone who wants to have fun like they used to, even when the photo was not good and it was a source of anger and also a laugh. Good times!
