This is a well thought out and well made card. It can help with setting exposure having a bright white and black (dark gray) patch and can help with gray balance in PP with a near 18% gray patch. Actually, it's just a slight bit darker. Like that there is no fluorescence. Like the adhesive on the back (remove plastic film) so it is easy to stick up and shoot. Even the little scale on the border is a nice touch. Just take a close shot of the card in ambient light, check the histogram for exposure and adjust, then use the gray patch during PP to set white balance. I recommend it

I’ve used these for years to gray balance studio photography sessions. They are inexpensive and are just the right size. These cards can still be used with gaffer tape after the adhesive strips wear out.

It's Dark Gray, Gray, and White. The dark gary could have been something closer to black. The white could have been brighter. The adhesive doesn't keep it where attached. I bought these to speed up my color adjustments in PS. If the dark gray whould have been black and the white brighter, it would have been closer to what I was looking for. If I'd have spent a few more bucks, I could have gotten something a bit better.

Not bad, just a little small - would be nice if about twice the size.

These cards are great. They're cheap (relatively - still seem a little expensive for what they are, but way cheaper than some other options), and very portable - you can bring them anywhere.

Makes work faster and easier for pictures with hard to find black white or true gray See Qp website for more info .pdf help examples etc. Very useful to repeat correction settings in Photoshop for multiple pics with same exposure settings Faster, easier to correct white balance than Ps eye droppers for black/white/gray Priced right for value ($/performance)

QP Card 101... The easiest, most cost-effective aid for balancing digital images.
Even with correctly set and calibrated computers, software and monitors, you must balance a digital image against the monitor.
A guaranteed neutral grey surface in the image simplifies balancing. It is complicated to carry around a cumbersome grey card and position it at a suitable place in the subject. In addition, the grey card becomes thumbed, dirty and faded from the light, so that after a while it is no longer neutral grey.
QPcard solves these problems.
QPcard is small, lightweight and inexpensive. The size of the card is 142mm x 40mm (About 5 1/2" x 1 1/2"). The Qpcard 101 is a strip of paper with white, gray and black colors. The pad of QPcards comes in a protective resealable foil bag that fits easily into a camera case or pocket. The cards have adhesive on the back so that they can be attached to virtually any surface. The grey surface is completely neutral and reflects 18% light.
A white and black patch can be used for contrast adjustment. In addition, the card can be used as a dimensional reference.
The paper is used to get a 'gray scale reading for reference when color balancing your monitor using photoshop.
Qpcard is also a self-adhesive multi-function reference card for digital images shot by digital cameras or scanned from negatives or slides.
