I love the simplicity and clean design. However, after 2 of them breaking from daily use in my laptop backpack with raised/padded compartment for drop protection, the case has broken again. The bottom case does not stay on the sides of the laptop very well and slips off too easily. It seems the material is too flimsy in my opinion. My first one lasted about 8 months and my 2nd one (warranty replacement) lasted 5 months.

The thing that immediately stands out for me is that the Makrolon makes the case even sturdier than previous models. I'm always placing my backpack where it is subject to falling over and my MacBook has never been more protected.

Looks great, and fits well for the first 6 months. After a little while the clips start to snap off (fills me with doubt just how effective these cases are)... so doubt I will be buying InCase again...

Fantastic quality. Fits perfectly and very easy to snap on and off (I decided to clean my hand and fingerprints off my mac after the first fit). All ports are very accessible and the cooling vents are unrestricted. Against the space grey Mac, the case turns a nice shade that looks purple.

It showed up promptly and exactly as expected, and was in great condition when I opened the package. Unfortunately it's not the right size for my MacBook. That's an oversight on my part, and Incase was very accommodating with the return. So sorry about the confusion guys!

I purchased one for my 2019 and 2023 16" MacBook Pro's.My only regret is not purchasing the protection when I made the initial purchase of both from the Apple Store! Absolute perfect fitting of both units to my Mac's.I was a little Leary about heat dissipation being blocked by the case itself but there were absolutely no issues Another sweet thing is that with the hardshell case being utilized the low profile zippered case can still be used(a little snug but doable). THANK YOU FOR 2 such high quality products!!!!!!

For the price I would have thought this case would fit my new M2 MacBook Pro like a glove, but the bottom does not stay clipped on, I keep having to force the bottom clips back up over the edge. I'm probably scratching the heck out of my Mac by doing that.
