I've had this backpack for over 12 years and it still looks like new. The ONLY thing it's missing is a strap to attach it to a carry-on. I've been shopping around for a backpack that could make my mobile office travel friendly, and nothing comes close to the features of the ICON. I wish it would get an upgrade to include a carry-on sleeve.

This is a great great backpack - but for one thing: the zippers are weak. I've had three of them, and in all three cases, the zippers on the laptop compartment have broken after a couple years. Just out of warranty, of course. But it's a design flaw.

It's a great backpack to carry technology or a mobile office and the panel offers excellent breathability. Going around Sao Paulo was a breeze with this bag, but the 3/5 comes from a few minor grips that combined, make this a much more niche bag. The first is that the structure of the bag makes it difficult to really maximize use of the bag. The other gripe is that the dark interior makes it hard to fine things, especially when they're themselves dark. The neon green pocket, although one of the smaller ones, is my favorite pocket primarily because items stick out. This bag is great for going from coffee shop to office to home, but would not serve as well for touristing through a city or even a fully daily carry. I'm using this bag now primarily when transferring a full work station.

I've gone through two Icon backpacks since 2019. I don't know if i got a bad batch but I would not call this a quality product. I've only used this for lite duty EDC. rain coat, 12.9 iPad pro and most recently a M1 16 MacBook pro. Each backpack fails at the same location the stitching on the straps give way and separate. If it happened once I would say maybe QC missed it, but it to fail on both must be a design problem.

The amount of space this backpack has is amazing. It is a lot bigger in person and REALLY lightweight. It also keeps its shape! This is my first Incase backpack and definitely won't be my last. The only thing I wish it did have is side pockets for my water bottle. Other than that, this backpack is my favorite backpack I've ever owned.

I've had mine for 10 years or so and it is one of the staples a minimalist like me owns. I have bought two more as gifts because I know they are so functional and durable.

I'm a network field producer and travel like crazy. I really couldn't be happier with my new ICON backpack! I've owned many high-end backpacks, including a Tumi Alpha, which I really like, but the ICON is slim, lightweight and truly the best tech backpack I've ever owned! Keep it up INCASE!
