I bought a used one a few years ago. Used it until it gave on at the seams. I hate that I cannot use it anymore. It is the absolutely best bag I ever owned, and I am super picky and keen on great products. The material, the furry insides, the little pockets, the zips and stitching, the overall integrity in build quality... everything is clearly well thought through I am looking to replace it with a new one this time. I just need to figure out how to get one to Nairobi.

I have an OLD Incase bag from approximately 12 years ago. I've carried it to work daily and traveled with it extensively, and it's been my tried-and-true companion. It was time to replace it, and I could not find another bag that checked all the boxes for me like this one does. It's the spiritual successor to my bag, and I'm so happy to have it. It seems like every aspect of my bag has been upgraded. The straps are the same, but the padding is nice and thick (probably just because it's new, but it's very comfy nonetheless). The strap pulls are made of soft, finely woven fabric. The bag is slim and has the same dimensions as the old one, though this one retains its shape more. The laptop compartment fits my Macbook Pro 16" with lots more padding at the bottom than the old one. The fur-lined fabric is still there. The iPhone pouch is still at the top, and the pockets have been moved to an "admin panel" on the front of the bag. The zippers are solid, of course, and now have woven fabric pull tabs instead of the plastic ones (which eventually degraded on the old ones and had to be replaced). To the other reviewer who commented on them: they seem identical to the YKK-branded ones that have lasted 12 years without issue. These are only labeled "Incase," but I expect them to last just as long. The stitching on the handle edges and at the bottom of the straps seems reinforced more on the new one. Those stress points were fraying on the old bag, so seeing the upgrade there is nice. As for cons, there aren't many. I am a creature of habit, and I'm happy that so little has changed. There are no water bottle holders, but I've always put mine inside and done fine with that. There are two new side pocket zippers, which would be good for quick-access items, but I miss the little hidden passport zipper along the back. The ballistic nylon is the same, and I expect it to hold up well, but I hope it will have more water resistance when I'm caught in the rain. I've tried multiple top-rated bags in this price range, but this ICON Slim is a keeper. Thanks, Incase!

I like that I can load what I need and it keeps its shape so I don't look like an overloaded sagging turtle.

All around a fantastic everyday pack!! My only complaint is that the zippers could be more heavy duty for the everyday user.
