Straps keep falling down
After so many years, I can not believe incase has not improved their design. The only changes made were fabric colors. There should have a clip to tide two straps together so they do not fall down from the shoulders. It is super annoying to walk with this backpack because I have to pull the straps back to shoulder constantly.

Zipper Keeps Jamming
I bought this backpack a month ago for my son, and he has had nothing but issues with the zipper. It gets jammed every day. We are going to have to by him something else.
