The Integra DRX3.4 is a great AVR for its packed features and of course Dirac live built in. After an easy setup I was blown away by how much extra sound from different content I had been missing out on. I was able to also pick it up on sale bonus!! I would highly recommend this AVR you will enjoy it.

First, Adorama is a very respected firm with super service. I read the reviews and was worried about power amp issues with this receiver, but it has been excellent driving my new Revel F36 towers and AAM Philharmonic center and surrounds. DIRAC is a special game changing feature included with this Integra. This feature alone sets a very high level of sound quality that can't be replicated easily. Thanks for this opportunity Adorama!!

This receiver is incredible for the price, it's powering a set of Cerwin Vega LS-15's and it does it beautifully, the sound is crisp and clear, and the settings menu is relatively simple, as well as the DIRAC setup process.

When purchased at sub 600, it's an excellent price for 8K support. Finding an IR extender that works with this unit has been a challenge. If you're installing it on an open rack and have line of sight, this shouldn't be a problem though. This unit supports multiple home theater configurations. It's hard to beat that level of versatility for the price point.

For the sale price, it's definitely a bargain.

Setup was a mix of ok and meh--using iOS for Wi-Fi credential sharing worked (but took a couple of minutes before it showed up--much slower than my Denon). DIRAC was a decided hassle, though--the app crashed a couple of times halfway through the process. The TV just referred me back to the app, but the app said there was nothing to do. A factory reset and a couple of swings at the "initial setup" process finally made everything happen. Note that eARC works flawlessly, **only after you enable it** (it was disabled by default on my unit, and the setting was several levels deep). Audio delay from video was a full second off until this was addressed. There's a weird solid-red flash that happens on my Sony TV whenever the amp turns on from my Apple TV 4K. When the Apple TV is connected directly to the TV, there isn't a flash. It's only on system startup, so it's just "what it does." The sound is excellent. I haven't pushed it too loud, but both music and movies are fun. Having the remote have buttons to simply switch how the audio is processed and rendered is a fun way to find the best setup for whatever you're enjoying.

Fast shipping by Adorama (I didn't even pay for expedited shipping), but it arrived in just 2 days in California... fantastic service! I got it initially setup last night, and the unit is running fine. I have yet to dive deep into the settings & fine tune it later on, but looks promising! It replaced a Marantz SR-5006 AVR, and so far the DIRAC feature is so much more advanced than the ol' Audyssey calibration system.

I wanted to upgrade my theater room to a receiver that had Dirac. Adorama put the Integra DRX 3.4 on sale and after reading reviews about the brand and receiver then about Adorama, I decided to buy it. I really, really like the receiver & Adorama had it at my door in 3 days! Two great companies, Integra and Adorama

Good choice for a 5.1.4 system. Has all the major connections for 2025. So far so good. The newer they are the more options and complexity there is, but there are lots of people who have this receiver and info online. Wish it had a backlit control.

Good sounding unit; the Dirac Live definitely makes a difference. I use this as a preamp/processor only; don't have the amps connected.

Great features and sound, especially once you configure DIRAC. It's got everything I would need for my home theater. For the price I paid on adorama, it's excellent value. Happy with it so far. No long term testing so, time will tell on the reliability and quality.

This receiver checks all of the boxes for a high end AVR in a home theater setup. It comes with DIRAC room correction software, is 4ohm capable, and offers a full set a pre outputs to run an external amp. It's also a very affordable solution as a preamp/ processor. Only thing it doesn't have is independent subwoofer outputs which isn't a big deal if you're using a minidsp. This is unbeatable at the price.

The Dirac was a little finicky to get going but the thing has been bulletproof since setup. Works great for my 5.1.2 speaker layout.

This is a fine receiver. It does everything its supposed to do quickly and efficiently. Its more than adequately powered for moderately efficient speakers. The sound quality is excellent. The Dirac seems to work well. I have not had it long enough to really give it a serious, unqualified rave, but I initial impressions are quite positive. All in all this is a fine receiver.

I upgraded from a Yamaha TSR-700 so that I could use my rear speakers (Atmos 7.1.2 setup). The Yamaha was good, but I can hear a big improvement with the Integra. It creates completely immersive sound. I suspect that this has more to do with the Dirac Live room correction (~$300 if purchased separately but included with the Integra) than the rear surround, bit either way it sounds amazing.

I experienced a power surge that fried my audio receiver, so I had to look for a replacement. I have my new receiver plugged into a battery-powered uninterrupted power supply with surge protection, so that when I do lose power again, I have time to power things down safely before the UPS runs out of power. I went with this Integra DRX 3.4 receiver because of its 5-year warranty, preout options, DIRAC Live, ability to adjust DB level calibrations, crossover Hz, speaker distances, and very useful remote. I also like the fact that I can select the different types of input like PC, Streaming Box, or Gaming system on the front panel, as well as from the remote control. I have this receiver fully loaded up - having my TV, PC, gaming console, DVD player, VCR, USB with music, and FM antenna connected to it. All HMDI cabling used are ultra high speed with eARC and ethernet support. When moving my Klipsch 8-ohm speakers around to get ready for the DIRAC Live calibration, I noticed my speaker wire was copper clad aluminum instead of all copper, so I upgraded all the wiring to oxygen free full copper wiring. Setting up the DIRAC Live was a cinch, using the included microphone. I set a tripod on the center of my couch, matching my surrounds speaker height, to get the most accurate readings. Check out the before and after pictures below of my findings. I was going to look into buying a dedicated amplifier to power the surround sound speakers, but found it was not needed, since this Integra DRX 3.4 fills the living room fully with sound. So much so that my FM antenna that was wrapped around a picture frame nail came undone and dropped to the ground. My Klipsch KSW-10 subwoofer never sounded so good!! Adjusting the crossover LPF OF LFE to 80Hz, increasing the level calibration for subwoofer to +9.0 db, and using DTS Neural:X or AllCH Stereo, depending on the source, really exercises the sub. I'm someone that needs to FEEL the bass in everything I watch! Now that I have this receiver all calibrated to my liking, never have I had such rich movie/music/gaming listening experiences! Even the local news sound great!

This is a very strong product at the discounted price Adorama was selling it. For under $1K, you get DIRAC live, a full set of pre-outs, and 4K/ 120 HMDI capabilities. That is all that you can ask for in a modern AVR. Power, though, is moderate, especially compared to my older Onkyo 140W AVR, but the aforementioned suite of options makes up for that. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.

What a Buy! I am Coming from a Marantz SR-6012 that powers Martin Logan Motion 40i fronts, Martin Logan SLM rears, and a ML Motion C1 Center speaker with the Martin Logan Dynamo X800 Sub. This AVR is clear, and produces detailed music and videos. It was easy to navigate through set-up. I have not run Dirac yet, but it already sounds great. There is plenty of power and it drives my 4 ohm speakers with ease. There is plenty of voltage provided to the sub at low volumes. I did return another unit, after it seemed. To drop out. Reading reports on this receiver, I found the speaker switch in the setup should remain on 8 ohms, as switching to 4 ohms only reduces the power, and is not recommended by engineers. It works great! You can easily stream music, and can sort and shuffle tunes, which is something that you can no longer do with Marantz and Denon, HEOS equipped AVRs. The sound is Neutral, although not analytical as found in some receivers. I recommend this AVR!

Powerful, confusing, and a little clunky but sounds amazing. The Integra 3.4 is sounds beautiful, and have all of the I/O options needed for a modern day system but the UI is a little clunky. The Dirac Live is absolutely incredibly and really accurate. The "Mud" Frequencies that it was able to correct were a game changer. It lacks the warmth of my old Yamaha A830 but it makes up in the accurate highs and well calibrated bass response.
