Camera Fell Off This Strap
My experience was similar to the other reviewer here. My new camera also fell off this strap! Fortunately it did not break. Now I have safety pins holding it together, which looks tacky. Will be looking for a better strap.

Looks Like the original
This is an attractive, well made strap. Like ones shipped with many Nikon D series cameras. All hardware is included and will not mar your camera body. It is a little costly though.

Great High Quality Strap
I have owned and used this strap for well over a year as it came with my D60. For me, the AN-DC1 performs exceeding well. It has been attached to my camera from day one, I have never removed it, and has never come loose, not even a little bit. While the neck padding could be a bit better I have worn this on day-long shoots and not really experienced any discomfort, which is why I give it 5 stars. The yellow Nikon name is still bright - it does not look as if any fading has occurred. It is constructed of good quality material, there is no sign of any loose threads or stitching coming undone. I feel totally confident in the strap performing what it is supposed to do and it will more than likely last for as long as I own the camera.

Cheap, Poor Quilty, Faulty
Don't wast your money! This is by far one of the worst products Nikon has ever come out with. I purchased the D7000 and this Strap come with it. I put it on and go on my first shoot about three hours into the shoot and the two plastic clips that hold the strap in place come off droping my day old camera to concreat busting the internal motor in the lense. Thankfully Nikon repaired the lense under warranty.
I highly recomend spending your money on a strap that is better made than this one.

It works.
Bought this generic Nikon strap for my Nikon F100. Can hold the F100 and a long tele for a couple hours without any discomfort.
Although it's comfortable against the skin, it's not thickly padded. If you care more about padding, and less about the Nikon branding, do yourself a favor and get an Op/Tech strap instead.
