There is no substitute.
I use Cannon inks in may Cannon Printer. I tried a third party ink but they weren?t true colors like Cannon ink. There is no substitute. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5? I usually by XL inks but they weren?t available.

All the Canon ink tanks print good, There's never an issue. Once I install the the ink tank; that's all I need to do until I get an alert to buy again.

The right stuff costs a little more.
I only use OEM in my printer because I hate buying new printers. I have had bad luck with 'Compatible Ink' Cartridges.

I only buy Canon inks for my Canon printer and the results are outstanding, always. I print a lot of photos and am never disappointed.

Ink cartridge ordering
I ordered with the assumption that shipping would be what it said. 3-7 business. It took over 2 weeks to receive. I had to go purchase from a retail store to finish a project.

Authentic Canon Ink Cartridges
Good product which I prefer to purchase directly from Canon to be sure I am getting authentic product and not a substitute. Packaged to accommodate my needs and very speedy shipping. this is most valuable to me because I confess, I often forget to reorder until I am down to my last cartridge.

Use of well placed larger black ink cartridge for
Inclusion of a larger black ink cartridge is imperative as inevitably it is used most. I use my inkjet printer mostly for correspondence.
I hope to purchase a Laser printer for Art & Photographic Prints.

Need more ink for the price
Ink doesn't last very long. Seems like I am refilling it every several days. Prices could be lower since it doesn't last long. It is good ink, though. Colors are nice.
