It is often best to rate a product when you first get it before you get used to the idiosyncrasies. It is a great piece of technology, but I am going to focus on two things I don't like. 1. To get the viewfinder to work, you must close the viewing panel on the back (monitor). You cannot simply switch from one to the other by pressing the display button. 2. The camera battery must be charged in the camera. There is no external charger. Furthermore, if the charger is plugged in, the camera won't work. If your battery gets drained during a shooting session, and you don't have a spare, you are out of luck. The way the viewfinder works is a nuisance, but the lack of an external charger and the inability to function when plugged in are show-stoppers. There is so much to like about this camera, it is unfortunate they dropped the ball on these items.
