I have tried everything but my camera will not upload pictures to my computer. I find it frustrating that I do not find any information on Nikon's site to assist me. I haven't found a customer service email to request help either.

I love this camera, although its small size, it is packed with very easy to use fun and useful tools and settings. I would highly recommend this camera to anyone who wants a camera that does almost the same as a very high end camera but with a small compact design and amazing battery life.

So I would say that one of the most important things that a digital camera should do is "FOCUS", well that has been very hard to do. I am only able to get a close-up image in focus by using the close-up feature, but it will not focus on anything over a distance of 1 foot. There must be something wrong with the camera, as I do not believe that all of the Coolpix may have this problem. Still I feel as for me I should have stayed with Canon or Sony. I have place a question with Nikon's support. Let's see if this can be fixed? The problem started right out of the box, and I have try many different settings.

This camera has too many professional features for a point and shoot camera. It may be a good pocket camera for a professional photographer to keep handy in case the airlina has misplaced his real equipment. The average user will not likely use more than 5% of all those features. As a point and shoot camera it has one glaring fault: the little red button on the upper right hand side of the back panel, the one that starts the movie feature. Can this be disabled?. In the first weeks, I produced more movie snippets of floortiles and grass than views I actually wanted.

I love this camera, I've had since 2012 Christmas. It is absolutely amazing! I have taken a lot of pictures and I am an up coming photographer. I would really like it if it would have an option to make pictures stay still, like another camera I owned. Overall, I think it's great though.!!

It is so easy to use and the features are great for a camera at this price. I am a Marine Biology major at college and use it for all my labs. Great resolution and ease of use make it a great companion in my studies.

I bought this camera for my daughter who is an 8 year old camera nut. She loves to take pictures and this is a great small camera with decent resolution. However, someone from Nikon should try opening the package. Even with heavy duty scissors it was a joke. I cut my hand on the darn plastic packaging and it was ridiculous. Understand that you need to build it so that people don't steal it, but I think there has to be an easier way. SO, I would not buy another Nikon product until you fix the packaging. Tired of replacing the Band-Aids on my hand!

This is the simplest camera with the best technical features that are available on the market, that I could locate. I would recommend this product to anyone, no matter what their talent level. The other thing that is attractive is its small size. The other thing that is valuable are the software properties that are provided by the Nikon within the camera and the located on the Internet.

My husband and I purchased this early in a bundle deal for our Christmas gift and we absolutely love this camera! No more dealing with batteries as this recharges in 2.5 hours with the same battery that stays in it. This can hook up easily to my laptop, tablet, or hdtv to view photos and videos at any time! This is a great camera! Original purpose of purchase was to have an inexpensive, small camera for quick pictures when carrying my Nikon SLR isn't convenient. The first pictures I took with the Cool Pix were better than expected. Great for ease of use, good color and picture quality. I've used the macro for flower and nature closeups. I take it with me in museums - I use the museum scene mode - and the photos are fabulous without the fuss of lots of equipment. I use my SLR for serious picture taking, but this little camera goes everywhere with me for snapshots and fits right in the dashboard compartment. It fits my needs perfectly.

I have had this camera for almost a month now and I simply have to review this! Advantages: The physical features of it is amazing. Simple, elegant, compact and light: all the features you need in a compact camera. It is very easy to carry about. I love the 1-click video thing. All I have to do is click the button and tadah! It starts recording immediately! It takes really good high-quality videos and for a longer time too! The pictures are also very nice to look at. The 'scene mode' thing really helps with taking different kinds of photos too. And the fact that you can actually save photos in the 'favorites' folder is cool too. You can even instantly edit it in the camera which helps a lot. Add filters, some touch-ups here and there, etc etc. Disadvantages: There aren't many disadvantages though but I noticed a few. The zoom doesn't really take clear photos and for people who want professional results, you will be slightly disappointed about this. If you aren't looking for maximized professional results, you might not even notice it. Another thing is that, it takes a longer time for it to load when you click. This truly annoys me and I'm not even sure why. Besides that, all of it is quite good and I have even uploaded some pictures here for reference.

I love this camera! It is perfect, small, and its cute! It can record really long and it is easy to download on your computer! It takes around 1 hour to upload on Youtube but it is worth the wait to see the great quality on camera!

Used it for a few days now. Love the simplicity. Wish the manual was more detailed or the tutorials were available. I had panorama options on a competitor model which were simple and provided on camera instructions. I am still trying to figure out how to do the same on this camera. This has the 360 panorama view which the other camera did not. The pet portrait feature is excellent. One touch HD video is great. Has many features that I have not explored yet. Overall - great buy for occasional photographer who wants professional results.

My husband bought me this last week to take to a concert for great photos. I had a cheap digital camera and this one is way better. It takes very clear shots and is easy to use. I wish it had come with a case though. I'll have to spend 40 dollars to get a case for it. The movie recorded great at the concert. I'd say that this camera is pretty cool..

This camera takes really nice photos, and is great for it's price. Previous to this I had the S3000, and this camera is much better. (Nicer quality photos, faster in storing images, seems a bit sturdier)

This is a nice camera. It fits in my shirt pocket, I carry it horseback riding. It is light weigh. Very quick to start up and ready to take another picture. I charges quickly. My pictures come out quite well. Even when the horse won't stand still for me.

I looked for a camera with an optical viewfinder and almost stayed with my older Canon 600. But since manufacturers claim the newer cameras without optical are much improved I decided to try the Nikon S3300. I found that the new screens are not bright enough in outdoor sunlight. You can not see enough detail in bright sunlight to properly frame the shot or even to view the pictures after they are taken. If I were making the purchase again, I would go with a camera with optical viewfinder (if you can find one.) I will be using my Canon with optical as much as I can and use the Nikon only in an emergency. My best advice...dont buy a camera until you can try it in bright sunlight.
