I just got this camera with the 70-200 VR lens. What an AWESOME package!! I bought this specifically to shoot ice hockey games and it works better than I ever expected! Perfect for low light photos. The pictures are crystal clear! Very easy to use and set up for whatever type of photo environment you are shooting in. This combo is worth EVERY penny!! You won't be dissapointed!

Yes it's heavy, yes it's loud but it's awesome for low light shooting. only complaint is incrediably slow with auto focus. paired w a 200mm f2.0 lens for basketball, had to manually focus. way too slow on auto focus.
