Tripod not as advertised

I purchased this tripod to use with a spotter scope. I selected this model because it claimed to adjust to 2 feet 4.9 inches. altho I knew I wouldn't need that much height I bought it for its compact size and some of that elevation. This tripod does not adjust at all.

The KeyMission Mini Tripod is a small, table-top tripod for use with the KeyMission 360, KeyMission 170 or KeyMission 80 cameras. It allows you to raise the height of the camera, while offering it stability for shooting photos or video with a KeyMission camera.

Place your KeyMission camera in the middle of the moment and get hands-free video and stills. When using KeyMission 360, fold the legs in and the tripod can be used as a grip for the camera. The KeyMission 80 requires the use of the ET-AA1 tripod adapter accessory for use with this tripod.
