If you're a D7200 user and have the MB-D15 grip, this is the only lithium battery holder available.  

The grip does come with this battery holder, but mine slipped out and broke when it hit the ground, so I was forced to buy another.  The fit of the holder as it slides in and locks into the grip could be a LOT better, which is why my original tray slipped out of the grip.

Could be built better

This grip is my second one for my D7200 in 2 months.  It is good, but not nearly the quality of the one for the D700 and some others.  The little battery compartment twist broke on my old one already and so I bought another one.  It also doesn't feel as heavy as the ones for other bodies.  But it works.  So 4 stars.
