Almost a necessity when using a heavy lens. Adds great balance to the camera. Obviously, the extra weight isn't exactly apprerciated, but the trade-off is well worth the added weight.

Item is solid and well built. Added more comfort when holding my E-3 to shoot portraits. I don't mind the added weight.

Pairs well with my E-5. A bit bulky, I think they could have trimmed it a bit and still retained all the advantages.

I use it whenever I have to do a Portrait session, where a vertical grip is very handy. weatherproof and holding the double of charge than the E-5 itself... it is great deal!!!

Very useful and practical. A little bit bulky but it give the double of battery and the vertical grip, which is very useful.
