Olympus PT-053 Underwater Housing for TG-1 & TG-2 iHS Camera

Recently purchased this for a vacation where we'd be diving in Kauai. The housing performed great - It's purpose built for the TG-1/2 so it comes properly weighted and provides full functionality for the TG-1/2. Controls are easy to use, even with gloves. Like the TG-1's underwater camera settings - found the SCN underwater action setting seemed to be the best. The trigger function to wake the LCD after auto-sleep was also a nice surprise so you don't have to worry about consuming battery while waiting for a shot vs. turning the camera off and on. The video and sound recording performed flawlessly. Likewise, the anti-reflective ring was very helpful. One very minor issue: The trigger button wanted to stick on one dive when we were down around 60ft. Not sure if was a grain of sand or some other particulate, but had resolved once we were back up a little. Didn't notice it on any subsequent dives. Two wish list items: 1. After removing the LCD hood for cleaning, have not been able to get it perfectly re-seated. Still works fine, but the design could be improved. 2. Would be nice if the single vs. high speed sequential shooting mode was retained (or at least a settings option) between the different SCN, C1, C2, P, and iAuto settings. For the question regarding the external lens, any 52mm wide angle underwater lens will fit the exterior collar. Think Fantasea makes some specific for the Olympus housings that are good down to 200'.
