Olympus Underwater Fiber Optic Cable

Use to connect Olympus UFL-2 underwater Strobe to all Olympus Underwater housings instead of using a TTL underwater wire. I am using it to connect my Olympus TG-1 camera in a Olympus PT-053 underwater housing to the UFL-2 Strobe. Setting the strobe to its Remote Control Mode and the Olympus camera to Remote Control allows the strobe and camera to talk through "data bursts" sent by the Olympus camera's flash through this cable to the strobe. It's a TTL metering option without the worry of salt water damaged cables or flooded strobes and camera cases. Very Smart Olympus! However, no way it's worth almost $100!! Ouch!!
