Only use this camera with the PT-045 U/W housing and you will have no leaking problems....OK.I use a INTOVA off camera slave flash and also a 18mm wide angle Epoque lens attachment. crank up ISO to 200 or 400 in U/W program mode for faster shutter speed and better deapth of field. I have use this set up for two years now and have taken to many locations with impressive results down to 40 metres. My mate has the Ikelite AF35 double flash slave set up.....fantastic shots!.... if you can afford the extra costs. Cheers from downunder.

May not have the best image quality, zoom, or newest functions but it's durability can't be matched. A hassle-free camera, no worries about dropping, spills, or letting the kids touch.

I specifically got this camera to take abuse. Actually we have a couple of them in the family. Mine has put up with the beach and whitewater kayaking. My oldest sons has done a tour in Afghanistan. Both make a nice picture for a tough little point and shoot.

I ordered one of these cameras and my sister ordered one. We went with the family on a caribbean cruise. This camera was carried everywhere. Island to Island, beach to beach,bus to bus. It was baked in the sun day after day. We swam with it every day in the salt water. Even down in 25 feet of water. Not to mention the jacuzzi! The underwater quality is good. Both fish and people came out great! My son also used the video feature underwater as he dove down 20 feet throught a hole in a sunken ship and back out the otherside. The panorama feature is even cool! The removable rechargeable battery is nice. It has plenty of power to use it all day long. This includes videos, stills, and plenty of picture reviewing. The teenagers really put this thing through the ringer! Just read the specs on this thing and you will see its a great all around point and shoot camera. I am so pleased with this camera I plan to get a second one because it is built so well. [...].Dont bother on the cheaper outdoor cameras out there! Invest in a good quality camera and get this one! You wont be sorry!

I use this camera on the boat out fishing and down in the Florida Everglades all the time. I own a very small boat and it gets very wet onboard all the time. I have ruined 3 cameras out in the boat, I have no worries anymore whats so ever. I have taken fish pictures underwater while releasing them. I love it and would tell everyone that it is well worth the money! Good luck and clear shots!
