This two-lens travel kit is very nice. The 14-150 is a solid all-around performer though not up to the standard of Olympus pro optics. The 17mm f1.8 is an excellent performer. The kit comes with hoods and lens case. They are very compact for their range. I am very happy with the purchase and Adorama service was top-of-the-line. Even though there is a question mark about Olympus and MFT, it's light and works great for old photographers like me.

Great little lens for travel and everyday photography. I did not purchase this lens for my professional work. I purchased it to have a light weight travel lens with a wide range of focal lengths. I was tired of constantly changing from wide angle to telephoto with my pro lenses. This is what I needed. I also use it for everyday walking around photos.

I like the screw tightening on lens hood for the 17mm, it's like the 75mm lens hood. I wish I could keep the hood on and remove the lens cap, but it's very difficult to do that. The hood on the 14-150 is very cheap feeling and didn't for very well, at least not compared to the hood for the 40-150 lens that I have.

I recently switched to micro four thirds and wanted a super zoom for general use and a fast prime for indoor use. This kit fit those needs perfectly. The 14-150 is great for a day out with the kids and is light and easy to carry. The 17 mm is awesome inside with a f/1.8 aperture for low light and wide enough for tight spaces. Although sometimes it's fun just to bring the 17 mm for a small camera out and about. Highly recommended.

I do mostly landscape and travel photography on vacations and for fun, and after getting a M4/3 camera I felt it was good to pick up a few appropriate lenses. The 14-150 is likely to become my standard go to lens because its versatile and holds a good image throughout.

These are two of my favorite lenses to use with my camera. They both give you very clear images and feel like they are very well made. The fact that you can get them both for such a good price along with the two lens hoods and barrel cases (which feel very reinforced) is why I give it a 5 star review.
