Shopper : How do you rate this camera?TERRENCE D : This camera I found does all functions it was designed to do very well. For most of the pictures that I take, namely mostly outdoors, I cannot tell the difference between it and more expensive digital SLRs. The zoom is more than adequate for my needs and the IA mode does very well most all the time. Indoors is where it is sometimes at times slightly lacking, but for all practical purposes, it really isn't an issue. I like it a lot because it easily fits in your pocket and you are good to go. I definitely strongly recommend this camera.
James S : HOW FAST DOES THIS CAMERA FOCUS AND LOCK ON AT FULL (16X) ZOOM?TRAE S : for a point and shoot focus is ok, better than most. where this camera does shine is the richness and clarity of shots. traeBEN B : This camera takes very nice outdoor photos. Indoor photos are only so-so. The speed of focusing and taking the photo is slower than my daughter's less expensive Canon. This is a good camera for portraits, scenery and stable photo subjects. However, you'll be disappointed if you want to take sports photos or fast-action pictures.BEVERLY H : I just experimented, and it took between 2-3 seconds for mine to focus and shoot. James S : HOW DOES THIS CAMERA FOCUS IN LOW LIGHT SITUATIONS,SUCH AS A SCHOOL AUDITORIAM?KATALIN M : Pretty well! The best if you use flash - it makes the photos sharp. I noticed that without the flash the photo tend to be a bit noisy when it comes to low light situations. However with flash you can hardly go wrong, it's very carefully adjusting to any light setup.CAROLINE P : seems to do well in low light situations considering the 16x zoom
