NICHOLAS B : I bought the Lumix G5 and this is supposed to be an accessory item for it. I just want to make sure that if I buy it, it will fit right out of the box or do I need to buy some other accessory to make it fit? Thank you.MICHAELS H : It comes with the lens adapters for the listed lenses. Works fine and quality is better than expected for a cheap conversion.GARRETT O : The Lumix G Vario 14-42mm/F3.5-5.6 ASPH that ships with your G5 is not compatible with the the GFC1. You would need to purchase either the smaller 14-42mm (H-FS014042) which I don't see in stock at the moment or the 14mm pancake lens (H-H014). leapsean l : Does this fit onto the Lumix 20mm micro 4/3 pancake lens?GARRETT O : Both the 14mm and 20mm lenses have a 46mm filter thread so the supplied adaptor will fit your 20mm. That being said, the lens IS designed specifically for the 14mm pancake and the 14-42mm lenses and Panasonic omitted the 20mm from their list of compatible lenses - even though the adaptor was released AFTER the 20mm debuted. My guess is, if the maximum physical aperture is wider on the 20mm (something you'd need to consult Panasonic about) - you'll just see very heavy vignetting in the edge of the frame and no real fisheye effect. I'd save my money.LAURA C : As far as I know this only fits the LUMIX G X VARIO PZ 14-42mm lens. I bought it to put on my Lumix G Vario 14-42 lens...which it did not fit. I had to make an adapter for it to screw on properly. It was a tiny lens.

Great adapter to help achieve a wide angle shot on a budget

I've been using the panasonic g7 for a while and I've wanted the wide angle shots w/o breaking the bank. This came highly recommended from a friend and I have to say it was a wonderful purchase. Great piece to add to the camera to get a wide angle shot.
