Works as advertised

The lens works as it is supposed to. It does make the camera a little unwieldy, but you learn to live with it. It seems to take very good pictures.

A Neat Add-On for you Lumix LX-5

You already know that the Lumix is really a Leica in sheep's clothing, so you've already go a top notch point-and-shoot. Without the adapter it shoots at 24mm equivalent, and with it 18mm. That's a great WA camera for a lot less than a dSLR.
