I bought these to use in lound office open space. With quiet music in background you hear no outside noise at all. They are also very comfy because of soft shell and big ear covers. This is great. I use them everyday several hours/day for over 3 yers now. Also for conf calls. Unfortunately they have this weak spot where earcover is connecting on the swivel with headband. Left swivel just broke after a year, second got broke year later. I have manged to SuperGlue them but it does not look nice and broke again recently. From engineer point of view, there is plenty of room to add some more plastic there to strenghten the connection. Also I would buy a spare part but it is not available. Hope in new edition it will be corrected. Also after this time the shell is coming off, but it seems to be natural considering intensive use. Pictures for reference. Hope you can improve this product.

These are quite comfy and have decent sound quality, but the noise cancelling function simply stopped working 13 months after I bought them. I only ever used them on long haul flights so they'd not had tbat much wear. I queried this with Panasonic who simply said they were out of the 12 month guarantee so refused to help. Shoddy.

These headphones work well. They fit well over my ears. The sound cancelling is great for mowing the lawn and listening to my ipod. This is the second set of panasonic noise cancelling headphones I own. The first set still works well after 3 years. I got these on sale. I recommend them, im satisfied with the performance.

Even though the headphones have a great quality and performance, the wire seems very fragile and not as strong as you would expect from a headphone quality like this one

Easy to use and very comfortable. I like how it swivels 90 degrees , so that I can place it into the carrying case. I like the noise cancelling aspect, that works great for me day / night.

I use these often when I travel on planes. The sound quality is great, the noise isolation is great, and the noise cancellation is very effective. My only suggestion for improvement is to make the headband fold, so they are easier to pack on long trips.

The sound in these Panasonic headphones is awesome, I was in the other room while hubby was watching tv it was loud, I went in the next room and plugged it in to listen to music and it blocked the sound of the tv, all I could hear was pure music, and yes I would get them again.

Received this just in time for my plane ride and it worked great. The noise cancelation worked perfectly and the comfort is awesome. Pro's: Comfort Sound quality Case strength The Velcro pouch can be moved around and carry extra batteries Cons: Would like a stronger cord for durability Jack on headphone appears weak. Battery over is a little difficult to remove and seems like it could break easily

I bought these for my son and he loves them! They really do cancel out noise. I got these because he has 2 younger brothers that are noisy and bother him but he's really happy with these headphones cancelling out the noise.

Purchased with the understanding that active noise canceling headphones cancel out low rumbling noises like in the inside of an airplane or the rumble of the tires on the road in a bus, these headphones are exactly what I expected. Don't expect them to cancel out voices or music. I've only had them for a couple weeks but they're worked extremely well on two 12+ hour long flights.

Got the deal and totally worth the deal. The noise cancellation work great. Travel daily by train and works like a charm. Only problem I saw was when attending a call, my voice was unclear to people on other end. But it maybe because of noise cancellation, I might not be speaking up well on the mic. Used for almost a month only so no idea on how durable it is long term yet.

The sound is good and the noise cancelling is effective, but the comfort level is very low. About 20 minutes is all I can stand before the pressure and warmth get to me. And I have a pretty average-size head. I take international flights of over 10 hours, and good noise-cancelling headphones are important to me, but I wouldn't use my luggage space for these.

Good quality headphones though I would not tick the box that says "durable". I've owned my headphones for three weeks and the cord has already broken. Connected to a computer, the force of just standing up was enough to split the wire in half. The headphones are still functional, but it's tough to listen to anything when you don't have a cord. I'd say good quality headphones, but that quality stops at the headphone jack. Definitely room for improvement on the cord.

Bought these for the wife, but I like them better than her. Solid build, good features, with detachable in line mic and ipod controls for convenience. I can use it with the iphone or just as a noise cancelling headset. Come with a nice sturdy carrying case. Not an expert on sound, but the music comes through crisp and clear either with active noise cancelling or not. LIke the fact that it takes only one AAA battery. Easily replaceable, that mean no down time to charge the rechargeable AAA batteries. It sits very comfortable around the ears, not too heavy and no too tight. Can't beat the price at 1/3 the cost of a Bose. Compared to a Bose Sportsound headset, can't really tell the difference.

I had an old version of these that lasted for years of everyday use. I was so glad to find an updated version this and they have met my expectations thus far. Not a fan of the volume control on the cord, but the headphones still work when I swapped out the cord.

These are the best noise-cancelling headphones I have had the pleasure of owning. My head is rather large and I typically have issues with the fit of glasses and headphones. I have not experienced the latter problems with these headphones. They have ample adjustment and are extremely comfortable to wear for extended periods of time; I almost forget that I am wearing them. The most important feature, of course, is the sound quality and there is impressive clarity and depth to the sound stage that is akin to my high-end open-back pro headphones. The noise-cancelling feature works very well on the low to mid-range frequencies and is good on the higher end.

I have used this product for both noise canceling and for listening to music. I am thrilled with the quality! They also have a great appearance, an unexpected bonus. The carrying case is also a great feature, it is sturdy enough to stand up to travel wear and tear.

I have owned many headphones, no noise cancellation ones though. I was looking at few brands and had a budget in my mind for a purchase for this year. But certainly Panasonic was not one of them. I saw this headphone at the time of purchasing a TV from this site. When I made up my mind to buy this one, I asked my friends and online forums for their opinion. Nobody had any idea or nice thing to say about this. I decided to go with this purely for this price point and with limited reviews on this site and other sites. Glad, I did. I am not an expert to comment on how this compares to other noise cancellation headphones. But I can clearly see the difference it has brought to my professional life. Even without "noise cancellation turned on", it's very quite. With noise cancellation turned on, it eliminate all all of the surrounding noises - much more than I need to focus on my work. More important than noise cancelling factor is that I really like the sound quality which I can comfortably compare with other brand I have owned - Sennheiser, Audio Technica and few other budget head phones (mostly in 100-200 range). It looks gorgeous, is comfortable to wear, and the box looks stunning -- of course, it does not improve the listening experience in anyway -- but I do want to keep the box around. (usually I throw all the boxes away). Very happy customer and am glad I purchased this. Now I regret not completing that TV order from Panasonic.

Had these headphones for almost a month, and I was impressed at first time i've used them. great quality, strong build, fits great, noise canceling is my favorite feature. Sometimes I just turn on that feature to feel isolated from all noises abound. Great sound wise is most important to me especially while traveling. plus I love the case with unti-slip finish.

I've been hearing wonderful things about these headphones for a while, and finally decided to go with them. First off BEST cancellation of noise you can get!!! The sound is so crisp and clean makes you feel as if you're right there in the studio. As far as comfort goes I would give these a perfect 10. The second night I wore them, I actually fell asleep with them on. They didn't leave that dreaded "indent head" or next day headache. They sit perfectly and hug the ear exactly as they should. Overall, I give a 5 star for the entire performance, package and feel!
