Strong, perfect lens cap string.
The Panasonic VFC4366 Lens Cap String was a perfect purchase for my need. Very strong and does exactly what I need. I got tired of placing the lens cap in my pocket and occasionally misplacing it. This cord simplifies my photography.

Fast Delivery, but String is Too Short
The string arrived quickly, is very inexpensive, is sturdy, does just what is needed, but has one significant drawback. It is better than other third-party lens cap attachments that fit around the lens barrel and connect to the lens cap with adhesive, but it is too short. With the lens hood unattached, there is almost no slack in the string when the lens cap is on the lens. With the lens hood attached, it is unusable; you cannot attach the lens cap to the lens and leave the lens hood attached.

just what I needed
I needed a string for my LX5 lens cap. Product is good, inexpensive and the shipping was immediate and free. What else could you ask for?

Just what I was looking for; a little short
This was exactly what I needed, but it was a little short. Still had a little slack with an FZ200.

Could be longer
No complaints, yet, about the quality and durability of the string, it seems to be well done.
Unfortunately there is almost no slack, in the string, when the lens cap is on, making it a little difficult to use. For my FZ1000 an extra 1cm would have been perfect.
Whys isn't the length of the string, folded in 2, included in the description of the product?
