I have had this product for less than a year and love it. No short ends on the cable, and never failed on the powering end of things. On the other hand, the screws that tighten the rods wore out way too easily with a couple of months. It took little to no effort to strip the thread. I know not to over-crank any tightening mechanism so I made a point not to but that didn't prevent anything. I really want to purchase a new one because I genuinely like the product but really worried about having the same issue considering the current issue was completely unwarranted.

Great Product But...

This v-mount plate works amazing. Not only is it an easy hook on to my 15mm rods but the cable plugs in quite easily to my BMPCC and it it’s ease of movement allows me to still see my in-camera monitor if I don’t feel like adding in my overhead. All in all 5 stars once again!
