Craig D : Can this lens be used on Pentax 645N II body?John C : I have both a 645Z and a 645 N II. There is no autofocus or aperture control when using this lens on the film camera. Best stick with the 645 FA45mm if you need wide angle.
Shopper : Does this lens works well with the 645z?FREDERICK J : It works great with my Z.TRACY K : I have the 645D & have had no issues with it. It's very sharp & not that large or heavy on the big camera. I'm usually on a tripod but not above hand holding it @ f7.1 or 8 & using the native 200 ISO (I use the extended 100 ISO for tripod shots.) It should work equally well on the 645Z, plus the extra 10MP can't hurt.
JAMES S : Is this lens a focal plane lens or a leaf shutter type lens?ANDREW R : I believe that the Pentax 645D uses a focal plane shutter.
