This is a great sample library and fabulous update to the performance engine from Shreddage 2. There IS a significant learning curve, so be prepared for that ? but there are good video tutorials on the Impact SoundWorks website and from 3rd parties on YouTube. I do wish they let people know that it is easiest to use an 88 or 61 key midi keyboard. While there are workarounds on smaller controllers, in this case bigger is better. The Adorama price was a deep discount from other retailers. Thanks Adorama! You also might want to download trials for the Native Instruments guitar sample libraries to compare. The sample quality is similar, but the interfaces are quite different. While I like the Shreddage 3 package, YMMV.
