About the Instrument
To create the Fredonia Grand Organ, we sampled the magnificent Schlicker Pipe Organ at SUNY Fredonia. Every pipe organ has a unique voice, and this one has a particularly powerful sound with incredible versatility.

Capturing the nuance and fullness of a pipe organ is no easy feat, but an instrument as grand as this deserves extra care. We've replicated many features of a real organ, including crescendo and swell controls, so that it plays like the real thing. Its 2,469 pipes have been deep-sampled with four mic positions and four registers (Swell, Positive, Pedal, and Great).

We sampled every single stop - a total of 39 - individually to give you full control over the instrument's sound. Combine any or all of these to customize the tone however you'd like. Additionally, we've emulated the behavior of the instrument's six couplers, so you can add or subtract octaves with the press of a button. And if you're looking for a brilliant sound right out of the box? We've provided an array of powerful presets with different stop combinations and signal chains in our Console FX rack and mixer. From the delicate-voiced rohrflote to the earth-shaking thunder of the whole instrument in chorus, the Fredonia Grand Organ will take your breath away.

- Hammer Klavier -
What happens if you replace an upright piano's felt hammers with real metal-tipped hammers? Hammer Klavier is an avant-garde instrument with a new sound, the dynamic responsiveness of a regular piano, and much greater versatility than the typical prepared piano. Created in partnership with YouTuber and musical mad scientist Mattias Krantz.

About the Library
The moment we heard Mattias Krantz's new experiment - replacing every single hammer on an upright piano with real, metal hammers - we knew we'd found something truly unique that could inspire musicians around the world. It's not quite like anything you've ever heard before. The sound is reminiscent of a particularly powerful and full-voiced harpsichord, with the dynamic responsiveness of a regular piano and the percussive nature of a hammered dulcimer.

While it's a fun conceptual experiment, we think you'll find that Hammer Klavier is also beautiful and a delight to play! Mattias worked with us to record his instrument in great depth; it has been carefully sampled to the fullest so that it's every bit as playable and realistic as a standard piano. We created it with the same love and care that makes our Pearl Concert Grand a staple choice for many composers.

Think of this not as a sound design toolbox but as a custom upright piano with a unique voice. While Mattias might have destroyed a piano to get this great sound, we think you'll agree it was worth it.

A unique hybrid instrument combining elements of keyboard with guitar & bass, our Modern Harpejji is an authentic, authorized virtual recreation of the Harpejji from Marcodi Musical Products! From fluid bass parts to rich polyphonic keyboard sounds, we've captured the full range of clean, warm tones from a 24-string Harpejji K24 and added unparalleled tools to shape the sound to your own taste.

About the Instrument
The Harpejji, handcrafted by Marcodi Musical Products in Maryland, USA, is one of the most unique instruments of the 21st century. Played by such musicians as Stevie Wonder, Jacob Collier, Jordan Rudess, and A.R. Rahman, it combines elements from traditional keyboard instruments with bass & guitar, with a unique layout (up to 24 strings) that is played exclusively by tapping. Virtuosic leads (with vibrato & pitch bends), walking basslines, and rich chords are all equally possible - at the same time!

Our authorized, virtual version of this incredible instrument features the sound of the Harpejji K24, the largest model with the widest range. Because it was recorded clean (direct in/DI), you can shape the tone however you want, and we've included a wide selection of snapshots to inspire your creativity.

But Modern Harpejji can also go beyond the capabilities of the physical instrument. You can create new sounds by layering up to 3 strings on the same pitch simultaneously, switch to all bass or all treble strings, enable scale-correct harmonies, and adjust the dynamic response of the entire instrument.

When we first played this magnificent grand piano in its concert hall, we fell in love. We decided we simply had to capture it and craft a timeless virtual instrument - and that's exactly what we did. The beautiful tone of Pearl, captured through each of the four microphone positions, truly 'sings' with each keypress. The default tuning, velocity curve, and mixing settings are all set to inspire your compositions and musical creativity.

About the Library
We love Mattias Krantz's unbridled imagination and were excited to transform another of his inventively hacked acoustic instruments into a breathtaking, inspiring sample library (see more of his imaginative and ingenious projects on his YouTube channel). For Water Piano, he took a perfectly playable grand piano and filled its case with 34 gallons of water, recording it at different water levels from dry to fully submerged.
