I bought a SONY DSC-WX220 and a battery charger with spare battery at the same time as the camera. I received a ACC-TRBX with a NP-BX1 battery. That battery does not work with the camera, it requires a NP-BN1 battery. The charger works with either battery. They are sending me a ACC-CSBN kit now and I sent back the ACC-TRBX kit. The exchange kit has not arrived yet.

Allows charging my spare battery while using the camera. It is also about 1/3 the charging time of using the USB charger in-camera. Very important for travel.

I haven't tested this recharger fully but can testify that it works with my X-series batteries when plugged directly into a wall socket. If the socket is one of a pair, the unit leaves one of the two accessible. The prongs can be folded into the unit. According to the specifications it charges such a battery significantly faster than what is possible when recharging it in the camera: 135 minutes versus 230 minutes for a completely discharged battery. Lights on the unit blink or glow helpfully to signal various conditions. Together with the nicely detailed instruction sheet they helped me realize that I had inserted a battery backwards, but beware that the form factors do allow that mistake. (It was an aftermarket battery with confusing labeling.) I do wish the recharger were smaller and lighter and thus less intrusive on a trip away from home.

If you have a tower computer be aware that the length of the USB cable is very short.

Nice accessory, works well, nice alternative to plugging in camera to outlet. I most always have the spare charged and then replace and use as the first one is charging. Highly recommended.

The battery and charger that are sold as an accessory kit for the Sony Cybershot RX100M2 work fine so far. They are of decent build. The charger is a bit bulky probably because it is designed for several different battery types. The battery lasts a decent amount of time. My objection is that you have to pay extra for the charger when any other camera I have bought (Canon) includes a battery charger. And since the RX100M2 is already very pricey for a compact, I would have expected the charger to be included (not the battery of course). That's my only real gripe. The accessory kit per se is just fine and a necessary item.

I am extremely satisfied with this product. It's a great value to get an extra battery along with the Battery Charger. It's also a plus to charge using a USB Cable (included) meaning you can recharge other items as well such as cell phone, etc. There is also a charging status indicator on the unit. The greatest plus is that you can charge a variety of different batteries with this unit. You will not be disappointed with this accessory kit.

The charger is a capable of charging at least 2 different sizes of batteries with a movable/rotating 2 position plastic battery guide that needs to be set. When the guide is in the correct position, it is still not completely clear how the battery should fit, as there is too much room. Not the best design. I mostly didn't want to use 3rd party batteries/chargers for my expensive camera, so I went with this one.

If it comes with certain battery type, why the charger is for two different types of batteries? Not easy to make sure the battery is inserted correctly. No case as it used to be before. I'd recommended it to a friend just because there's no choice in the OEM product line.

This kit provides the correct charger, one spare battery, and a cable for the DSC RX1. The kit saves some money as compared to separate purchases of the three components. Charging the battery when removed from the RX1 is highly recommended because it avoids subjecting the camera to power surges. Also, spare batteries may be charged while the RX1 is in use of the other battery. Be sure to flip the lever in the battery socket to the X G position so that the battery for the RX1 fits properly. The USB charging port of the charger may be connected to some cellphones or the RX1; and if it is compatible with other electronic devices, it may reduce the need to travel with other chargers. It needs to be switched to the USB mode and don't forget to switch it back to charge the battery. The spare cable is useful if there is a spare computer port into which it can be kept connected for downloading images from the camera. However, to further avoid connection of the camera to possible surges it is recommended to download images directed into the computer from a Sony Pro-Duo HG USB stick. For the RX1, the 32 GB Pro-DUO HG is appropriate.
